Received fake shampoo. I ordered 2 qty of Cafune Conditioning Shampoo, 150ml and received a fake one. Shampoo is watery and smelling veery bad. No order history is showing up. unable to return.

Very poor service, I have ordered a epilyno lotion 75g even in my order it's showing as 75g. But i receivied a 50g lotion. I have sent an email, and even sent the recording of the unboxing but they are not at all ready to accept their mistake. Instead they are arguing with me saying its not their product. So this website is not reliable and customer friendly like amazon and they always put the blame on customer if something goes wrong.

They delivered in literally 3-4 days
And product at such an affordable price
Since I have history of atopy I need that cream so I'll be ordering again!

Worst platform. Bloody thieves trying to fool everyone. I have ordered two cream I paid for two and they delivered only one. When I raised my complaint they never responded. Waste of money. If anyone thought of buying from this company please don't order. Worst service

The product was delivered to me even before time, and I'm quite contended with the product quality and packaging. Also, they allow us buy haircare and skincare at very reasonable prices, lower than other similar websites. I'm sure to buy again from them!

I tried to call them several times on the given mb no. 9428763544, but no one was picking the call because on the WhatsApp I have informed them about that. I have ordered two bottles of Mintop Forte 5% Solution, 120ml, while as in the box they delivered two bottles of 60ml. They are deceiving us. Please do not shop with#Dermatics India. Recieved an opened seal box, apparently have to make an unboxing video to show proof, my mistake, but how can they claim its genuine? And the time for return is only 2 days?

Dermatics are selling Fake medicine. Tablet i received box where open. When I open the tablet box .It looks like the table are coloured..Don't buy fake medicine. that's why there are always discounts.
