For normal medicines for diabetes or BP are delivered in a day. But not life saving cancer, etc. related drugs. All such important and expensive drugs are couriered from their Mumbai store by Bluedart to Pune. In total 3 days where the courier company it self took almost 2 days from Mumbai to Pune. I wish Truemed need to do something in this area. Also keep storage of medicines for cancer, etc

If they can't deliver medicines by estimated delivery date, there is no point in running the business. Worst experience.

Since from last 3 months they put date of delivery in 3 days and never deliver on that day and when we ask on customer care at the end moment they say that order cancelled, it's about medicine not a clothes or shoe which we can manage for few days with another substitutes,
How come someone be so careless in delivering medicines?🙄
Worst app to order online medicines
Sorry to say but not a single star they deserve.

I got scammed by this app. Earlier I had good experiences, but once my order arrived with one strip of tablets (₹130) missing. When I complained, they said everything was correct from their side. My mistake was not recording the unboxing. They claimed to have a packing video but refused to share it. So if you order, always record while opening, or you may lose your hard earned money.

Please don't use truemed if the courier is Delhivery, I have very bad experience though the shipment arrived at the destination they keep the medicine till the due date fall. Medicine are urgent, sensitive to climate and temperature, sensitive to storage (Delhivery does not have medicine storage system) I all these thay failed. Please take care. I am very much disappointed with Truemed.

Ordered essential medicines, but the order was never dispatched.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a particular medicine but was sent a substitute without asking for my consent. This is completely irresponsible when dealing with medicines.

When I contacted support, they informed me that the refund will only be processed after 7 days, even though the mistake was from their side. This kind of service is unacceptable. Customers must be consulted before sending any substitute medicine.

Worst Delivery Service

A very weird platform to be honest. Claims that there medicine prices are the cheapest but they aren't and even higher in most of the cases as I have noticed.

You add something to the cart. the next day, they will spam you and ask you to proceed with the order. like what ?? it is extremely annoying and sometimes the order amount changes when you place the order. like what man ??????????????????????

Very poor service. They show one delivery date but keep delaying the order. When we call customer support, they say to wait 24–48 hours. After waiting and calling again, they repeat the same information every time. Even after three follow-ups, the order is still not delivered. Extremely disappointing experience.

Don't trust trumeds. Bad experience. The delivery time they quote is already late and even thereafter they delay the delivery. I was told about 3 days delivery but product will be delivered after 5-6 days. What will be the use of medicine if delivered after a week of getting prescription? Overall bad experience at online support from trumeds.

I had a terrible experience with TrueMeds, and I will never order from them again. They appear to be using unethical and manipulative practices to trap customers.

### Here’s what happened:

I placed an order on 30 March 2025 for **REGAINE 5% – 60ML PACK OF 3 SOLUTIONS** (Total 180ml), clearly shown in my order summary (attached screenshot). The price was ₹848 after discount. Just as I was about to make the online payment, I received a call from someone at TrueMeds who insisted that I complete the order via phone.

I clearly told them I wanted to complete everything online, but the person kept pushing me to confirm over the phone, saying he could "finalize it faster." Even while I was still speaking, he took backend actions that made the order appear on my screen. It felt shady, so I chose **Cash on Delivery (COD)** instead of paying online.

### The worst part:
When the package arrived, I could **feel that the box was too light**, and **I suspected something was wrong**. I tried to open the box before paying, but the delivery person refused and said he couldn't take it back if I opened it.

After paying, I opened the package and saw the shocker – **only ONE bottle (60ml) was delivered instead of THREE bottles (180ml)**. I’ve attached a photo of what I received. Clearly a **blatant mismatch**.

### Final thoughts:
TrueMeds is either:
- Completely mismanaged, or worse,
- **Deliberately cheating** customers.

They cannot be trusted with your:
- **Order accuracy**
- **Payment details**
- **Personal information**
- **Medicine quality**

This kind of manipulation and malpractice is unacceptable. I’ve lost trust in this platform, and I **strongly recommend others to avoid them at all costs**. Medicine is not an area where such shady behavior should be tolerated.
