Delivery timescale unacceptable
Still waiting for delivery of an 'advent' item ordered in October. Incorrect tracking information provided for several weeks showing shipment form US to UK, before being told it is actually coming from China and current tracking has no delivery schedule provided.

Obviously they have no problems sending things to the US. Still awaiting delivery of advent calendars (dec 3).
They give sellers on facebook/tiktok a bad and untrustworthy reputation.
Have requested a refund but this is not my first interaction with this shoddy company

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Bought an item, but changed my mind shortly after.Sent a cancellation email within 30 minutes. Got completely ignored a the item got dispatched 2 days after. Sent another 2 emails just to be ignored again. Won’t use and won’t recommend designatem
