THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM..ordered from here 4 weeks ago but have heard nothing since ..when I contacted the company asking for an update I just got the item is awaiting shipping..nothing else..no further updates ..no option to track ..will be requesting a full refund.

Avoid this business and save yourself money, time and stress.
My order was not delivered despite them saying it was.
Wrong tracking numbers twice, no courier info, all requests for further delivery details ignored, request for complaints dept details also ignored . . . horrendous business. I'll be requesting a full refund this morning

Charged more ouf bank than receipt
Cheap paper wallet no sleeves to put gift catds in as advertised
All bent as sent in a envelope

If I could give no stars I would! Avoid the company they are appalling! Ordered a journal book 1st September it’s never arrived the last tracking was from 29th September and it was in Scotland? Went through PayPal and was refunded full amount. So people do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Would give a 0 if I could.
Asked multiple times over email to cancel my order and they ignored my emails and sent my order anyway and replied pretty quickly to the emails I sent after the order had been sent. It's now out for delivery in LONDON, I DO NOT LIVE IN LONDON!! the worst company commutation and quality wise. Absolutely 100% a scam company

Products never turned up- depite regular shipping updates, have asked for refund, awaiting reply, however with noticing all these reviews I'm very doubtful I will see any money returned.

Product arrived damaged and they will not give me a refund. Item is of very poor quality. I didn’t realise they were a Chinese company or else I wouldn’t have purchased from them.

Terrible. Not what was advertised. Also the bottomnof her cloack was broken. I was told it left warehouse OK and offered 2 dollars refund.
I ordered a witch..she is just a piece of rubbish. 30 euro what a joke. What was I thinking. Do not buy from this company

Item not recieved.plus added 7 pounds vat on top...scam company

Sent an empty envelope! Company saying that item was enclosed but on receipt I only got 2 blank stickers , the envelope was sealed so not tampered with !

Don't use this company, they are a disgrace. Ordered a Guardian of the home ornament. In the advert it is so big the girl uses 2 hands to hold it. When it arrived it is a quarter of the size I expected and as advertised. My hand is bigger than the ornament. Will never use this company again. Trust pilot need to have a Zero star box

Currently in dispute with this company. Ordered 5 things they took 2 months to arrive. All undersized and substandard material quality. All rubbish

If there were zero stars, that is what I would give Designatem. The goods that I received are not as described or as advertised on their website, they have been mis-sold, are of very poor quality and not of merchantable quality.
Designatem are offering a gesture of goodwill refund of a few pounds which is just tactics on their part to try and deter me from continuing, which I am not accepting, they are refusing to send a pre-paid returns label,
I have started the process of raising a dispute with my credit card company in order to receive a full refund.

I ordered a dress in early June and as yet nothing has arrived.
Originally they told me it was shipped from USA to GB then nothing happened.Since then I have sent various emails but i keep being fobbed off.I am now told it is being shipped from China.
I have asked for my money back but they refused.

I cannot score these a zero or else I would. Do not buy from these people. They are quite simply scammers. Your parcel will be with the courier constantly and returned to depot stating they left you a calling card. Trust me nobody left a calling card. Then customer services will tell you they have arranged for the parcel to be returned to you but you will never see it. Tik Tok you should be monitoring these people. Shame on you all.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered 2 dresses. They really were not as advertised and neither of them fitted, in total I spent £45, firstly they offered me £2 refund, after numerous emails it was clear I had no chance of recouping my money and I settled for £8.00.
I would seriously think before placing an order with this company.
