Super quick delivery, great communication highly recommend

I made a mistake when I sent my prescription and a very nice lady sent me an email questioning the prescription. She then corrected my mistake and I now have a lovely pair of Tiffany glasses which I am thrilled with. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Terrible service ordered new glasses for my holiday with lots of time to spare sent email told find out what’s happening got the usual oh I’m sorry to here this we will send your glasses special delivery to insure you have them for your holiday and still no glasses said they would be here Saturday if the new lenses come in all ifs and buts not good for the customer certainly wouldn’t use them again as lots of other companies out there got 6 pairs of glasses from other online companies never a issue with dates and delivery

The dispatch time (in comparison to other companies) was superbly quick! I thought it’ll take longer due to the complexity of my lenses, I’ve just tried them on and I’m thrilled! I would like to write an updated review on my previous review dated 09/09/2024.

I was a little exhausted after my first encounter with the designer glasses customer service team. Then along came Nicky. Not long after trying to explain my issues with a different employee with no success I received a person call from a lady named Nicky. She had taken a look into my complaint regarding my prescription. Rayban sunglasses having no branding and stated that there was room for improvement in the eay the issue eas addressed originally and for this she would order me some Raybans with the branding showing on the lenses (for prescription lenses there is not branding unless you pay extra. I was unaware of this)

Nicky sorted my issues quickly and with a lovely manner. Thank goodness for customer service people like Nicky. Thank you so much.

Annie was extremely helpful, the glasses I wanted were not in stock ,she was prepared to order the glasses which I wanted from Italy and I received them in less than a week. I love the glasses!

Having lost my birthday present of a pair of Tiffany sunglasses from my husband, I was beyond happy to find replacement ones on this website. They arrived today, and I am so happy. Brilliant service. Speedy delivery. I will definately be purchasing again.

I recently visited the"oliver peoples " store in London and fell in love with the "gregory peck" sunglasses. So I searched meticulously online to find them cheaper and obviously 100% genuine. I came across your organisation and dillegently did my research on you, also calling you. So I decided to treat myself to the sunglasses and within seven days received my sunglasses. Incredible price, incredible service. Ordered 2 pairs of Gucci frames at less than 50% of the high street price on Monday, frames arrived on Thursday. Very well packaged, with original case, cloth and paperwork. I would definitely recommend this company.

Speedy delivery and excellent price on the market. I will definitely purchase from Designer Glasses again.

Love this company 2nd time buying from them.

I have to give them a 5* rating. After weeks of emailing and calling them, when I finally got through and spoke to the wonderful Nicky I was able to purchase a replacement pair of sunnies that I was desperate to have but couldn’t find anywhere else!! Nicky was absolutely AWESOME and I had them the next day. I cannot fault their service. Thank you, thank you, thank you and I will definitely be buying from them again!!

I don't understand the good ratings about "good communication".

1st week:
Got a confirmation on the 16th of May. Told me the frames were in fact with "a supplier" and would only be dispatched in "5-7 business days".
Waited 7 business days before I asked about the delivery time.

2nd week:
I've emailed them 3 times since and left a voice message on their 800 hotline.
Of course the hotline is always busy. And no one responds to emails.

I ordered an optical frame without lens to replace my current ones to be handled by a trusted optician. It's not a fashion accessory and I informed them I needed them by early June which is tomorrow. Unfortunately it's the weekend so there's nothing I could do.

It's completely unacceptable and I don't even know how to realistically cancel the order (AND to pay £10 for the privilege according to the T&C) because I can't reach them by email or by phone.

Not sure if this is normal with other online retailers? I'd like to order elsewhere instead of waiting indefinitely at this point, but I don't even know if I could get a refund because no one has responded to me.

I've learned the lesson and will stick to styles only available in brick and mortar shops from now on.

PS. My main issue wasn't the delay. All I asked for was a shipping estimate after the promised 5-7 business days lapsed so I could decide whether to wait or pay for a refund. The total lack of communication has been truly frustrating.

UPDATE:
I managed to contact them eventually and Nicky arranged for a full refund upon request.
And I want to add Nicky tried her best to help but there were logistics issues outside of her control.
