Amazing! Had to order my lenses in and they still came within 2 days! First time ordering glasses online and I am very impressed! Will definitely use again

Glasses and lenses are ok but unfortunately after advertising on the website 3 day dispatch I didn’t receive my glasses as stated. I’ve placed my order on the 20/07 and they have only been dispatched on the 31/07 unfortunately on top of that communication wasn’t the best including myself making multiple phone calls to get an update.

This was the first time that I’ve ever ordered glasses online. Placed the order but needed some advice. Spoke to Nicky who answered my questions. Email confirmation said 7-10 working days and was delivered in 8 working days. All securely packaged. A great service and would definitely recommend. Excellent service.

just received the frames that I ordered and I'm really impressed with the quality and price. After searching through different sites Designer Glasses had the best price.

Called Jade in a panic because my son who’s a police officer had broken his last pair of glasses.
Luckily Jade got everything sorted and 2 new pairs dispatched in record time. I also had a problem completing the payment which was user error and Jade even helped with that.
I’ve always used this company and will continue to in the future. Great product (authentic designer at half the price) great service and quick.

I ordered my Gucci sunglasses on Wednesday and I received them on Thursday! Extra fast delivery and great product. 100% genuine designer sunglasses. Definetely I will order again.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

There was a little hiccup at the beginning, whereby the frames I ordered were not in stock and are discontinued by the original manufacturer. However, after an email from the kind lady Jade notifying me of this, they were able to offer the same frame in a different colour as an alternative.

From there everything went swimmingly, the frames arrived 1 week exactly, ordered on a Tuesday received the next.

Frames and lenses were both fantastic. Customer Service fantastic. Would most definitely use again.

Brilliant company to purchase glasses from, I was wary at first in case they were not genuine but after speaking with Nicky I was totally reassured.The glasses I ordered were out of stock and not due in for a month but I received an email after two weeks to say they had arrived in stock and they were quickly dispatched via tracked mail. I purchased a pair of glasses however the photo copy of my prescription was slightly wrong so I returned them and Nicky was must helpful and replaced them with a new pair and I love them
