Good watch, good communication
Watch was delayed longer than expected, however, the manager Alex contacted me and apologised profusely. Watch is very good quality, unfortunately it took longer than expected but I am assured that this issue is resolved moving forward. Good company to deal with and good communication from their admin and management team.

I have bought maybe 3 watches from these for myself . 1 for my son and 1 for my fiancé … highly highly recommend them . Such a great couple they go above and beyond to get what your looking for and to exactly what your budget is .. the aftercare also is second to none 🙏 they changed the links they got the watch cleaned a year later for me and not just that they make sure your happy with your purchase .. you don’t get that from any other shop or retailer . Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough 10/10

There was a Gucci watch I had my eye…
There was a Gucci watch I had my eye on. The full retail was £1980 but this company were selling it for around £680. I was dubious but was assured the product was genuine. I placed my order. I was told it could take up to 10 days to arrive. It didn't. To be fair everytime I chased it up they did respond to say it was coming from their supplier. I waited nearly a month and the watch never arrived. The question I started to ask myself is why was it taking so long when I could go to my local jeweller and buy one there and then. I cancelled my order and they offered me another 10% off. I declined. Again, to be fair they did refund. But they are selling watches they don't have in stock. In the end I purchased mine from a high street chain where I knew it would be genuine.

Yes this particular Model had to be Ordered in from our Jewellers as advised to the customer at the point of sale. Unfortunately we had a delay hence offered a Gesture of Good Will as we were really for this. Very happy the Tag Heuer Aquaracer ladies arrived within the couple of Days advised just in time for the special occasion.
The watch is stunning and received the tag authenticity diamond certificate confirm the cut, clarity and weight of the stones in the watch. It was Well packaged and the gift box and all official paperwork and Dhl delivered on time.
Can not recommend DPW enough and will be coming back to them again for future special occasions and birthdays

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. There is no customer service and they will keep your money even if you don't get the item. They do not answer the phone or emails. I haven't received my order six weeks later due to their error, as they sent the wrong invoice to DHL. They ignored myself and DHL so the shipment was returned to them a month ago. Still no response. I initiated a chargeback with my bank and am reporting them to CH and the ombudsman. I wish I'd checked their reviews here first to see people's similar experiences.

Really sorry as Item has still not been returned back to us from dhl US. Several messages sent to DHL USA and yourself to resolve. DHL UK advise lots of problems IN USA DHL with International Items due to Trump Tarriffs and changes sorry for any problems caused.
