Very happy with purchase arrived in time for the birthdays was well packaged came with all official paperwork and was verified when resized and allowed me to register on the brand website 100% Original & Authentic and saved over £400 from RRP who needs high street when you got DPW.

I ordered a beautiful watch for my wife’s birthday, not reading the receipt properly I was left disappointed that the watch would arrive after her birthday. I contacted customer support who originally offered a similar replacement and help to choose one. Knowing this isn’t exactly what I wanted they managed to pull strings to get my original purchase brought forward in time for the day and sent it special recorded delivery at NO extra cost.
Absolutely stunning example of customer service done right.
Also the product was beautiful, the price was the best I could find on the internet and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. Bravo!

Fantastic company must recommend

Watch in stock and told to expect delivery between six to twelve days, yet charged for it immediately. Just not good enough. Is watch really in stock as advertised or do I have to wait until they get one in ?
UPDATE 6th May.
After posting this I cancelled my order and was contacted and told it would be with me in 2 - 4 days. In that email, I was asked to remove/revise my review. I re-iterated my cancellation and in a reply was advised the watch would be in tomorrow and could have been with me Friday. I would assume from that, that it suggests the watch is not in stock as advertised but being sourced from elsewhere. I await my refund and stand by my review.

2nd UPDATE after response. E mails I received are different to this response. Asking me to edit my response as it was critical is beyond belief. The 2nd last email I got specifically stated that the watch would be with them last Wednesday 6th and be with me 8th. ie watch not in stock, but advertised it was.

I would like to thank the customer service at DWP for their assistance. The watch I received was perfectly packaged and delivered was quick and notification received from DHL. My first purchase and was impressed. I’m disabled and was happy that DWP were helpful and sent me a supportive email.
