Ani from the Croydon store was amazing, she was extremely helpful in assisting with choosing the right sofa.. promised a technician would be on hand at delivery to help with dismantling if required. True to her word, delivery was on time and technician Brad from the upholstery company was extremely helpful and put the sofa together in min time.. thank you Ani and Brad.. best service .. and the sofa is beautiful ..

after sales customer service SHOCKING ( reported faults within 5 days of receiving sofa) Suite assessed by leather specialist and independent assessment also states manufacturing faults! De-designer sofas and Natuzzi not interested!
Ignoring all consumer rights and trading standards recommendations!

We bought a new sofa from the Uddingston store and Liam made the whole experience a breeze. He was friendly, not pushy, and really listened to what we needed in terms of comfort, size and fabric. He talked us through the options honestly, explained delivery times and the warranty clearly, and helped us find the perfect sofa without any hassle.

Smooth process from start to finish — would definitely recommend asking for Liam if you're shopping at this store.

Sofa is beautiful but considering the cost of the item was very disappointed not to have been provided with a cleaning and care kit.

Designer Sofas was literally the last sofa shop we went in at Middlebrook, but definitely worth the visit as we bought our sofa from there - the only one (out of four other shops) that the whole family agreed on.
Our experience was made better by the lovely Aleyha - she was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
Also, we rated Designer sofas the best smelling shop too 🙈!

Jamie the sales guy was very knowledgeable helping with various questions I had never at any point did I feel under pressure to buy but I did with the confidence Jamie knew exactly what I wanted n my expectations he was definitely the deciding factor on our purchase a very good experience
