Andrew (Paisley) was absolutely outstanding with customer friendliness, product knowledge and pricing on my chosen sofa and would thoroughly recommend Natuzzi (Paisley) if you are looking for a well priced, fantastic quality leather sofa (or fabric) but I chose leather.

Well , to my surprise John (Abbotsinch) was the nicest man and so helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us pick the right sofa. In previous furniture shops and sales I have found to be very pushy and it can be uncomfortable. However we have a very comfortable sofa and the experience was great. Remember and ask for John. Lovely man.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE! Designer Sofas Uddingston sells extremely poor-quality sofas from China. The technician assessed my sofa in a highly unusual manner. He repeatedly smoothed and stretched the fabric, attempting to manually remove creases and folds. It was entirely unclear what he hoped to achieve by doing this, as it did not address the underlying issues. Additionally, the photographs he took did not accurately reflect the furniture's actual poor condition; instead, they appeared to be framed deliberately to minimize the visible defects. Avoid them at all costs! They are only nice until you pay your money, and then they don't care about anything.

The young gentleman, Jamie, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. For taking an elderly parent to update her sofa, it can be a stressful occasion. Jamie put my mum at ease from the start, and was pleasant and informative from start start to finish.
