Hi We're extremely sorry you're unhappy with your order.
As stated in our terms and conditions all items take 3-5 business working days for all items to be processed and shipped out to you, this does not mean 3-5 working days for the delivery to be made. Your order was placed on the 4th May which was a Wednesday. This means 5 working days was Wednesday 11th May 2022 as the weekend's are not business working days. If you check your tracking number the item has been shipped out to you and should be with you tomorrow (13th May 2022). Again we're extremely sorry for not being able to deliver the item before your granddaughters birthday, and I hope this clears up any confusion caused.

Ordered Jordan 4 at a £450 price tag for them to arrive in a completely damaged box! On opening the box they had creases all along the front like they had been worn. Sons Xmas completely ruined!! And they are now ignoring emails

After discussing with you via email, it was confirmed on our end that the manufacture of these shoes specifically have factory flaws which is what was seen on the shoes from your end.
As stated in our terms and conditions; Designer Supplier is a reseller, not a manufacturer and therefore unable to hold responsibility for the performance, durability or longevity of the products sold. We provided you with a refund with your order which should be back with you now.
These T&C's were accepted at checkout when placing the order with us.
I hope this clears up all confusion and this resolves this matter.
