Scam site, don’t use! Ordered item which never arrived. Tried contacting them many times and had zero responses. Terrible customer service, terrible company.

Absolute scam of a company. Do not use. I waited way over the the estimated time for delivery of trainers. When they eventually arrived I didn't need them anymore as I had to purchase elsewhere because of how long they took. I then had to pay over the odds to return them, to then never receive a refund. All this after paying for a special delivery with proof of return. Numerous emails to them which were all ignored so there was no attempt on there behalf to sort the issue out. Would tell anyone to avoid using this company at all costs. They were shameful & even this review is too kind.

Goods recieved, well packaged to avoid damage. However, it took a long time from ordering to dispatch. So will not be using this company again.

Ordered trainers 2 weeks ago, no update on shipping or delivery, have emailed them 3 times as well as using the on site chat function and they won't even give me the courtesy of a reply

Do not order off this website! Received trainers to small, sent back with proof they was received and have not been refunded, this was two months ago!

Website is a scam. Waited a month for trainers which I've never received and no update since I initially ordered them. Tried online chat and email and no response. My bank is sorting it now

This company SCAMS, DO NOT ORDER. Ordered dunks with them a month ago and it's stuck on fulfillment, they have not communicated once what's happening with the order and they ignore every email asking for cancel/refund. AVOID.

I ordered my shoes on 25/08/23 and haven’t received an email for being shipped and the website has now gone away, i’m now worried i’ve been scammed, and i’m not sure how to get my money back.

This is a scam! Website is now down. Ignored all emails and not posted out trainers after 10 days. Have paid with KLARNA and now reported it. Do not order anything

Made a nearly £400 order for 2 pairs of new balance on 10/08/2023 no updates regarding delivery sent 2 emails no response from designer supplier

Had to put one star as it won’t let me put zero. Ordered trainers nearly 2 weeks ago not been dispatched despite website saying 3-5 days. Wouldn’t mind a delay if this was communicated, it makes you feel like you’ve been scammed. web chat is useless email wasn’t replied to. Dreadful service. Should have checked the reviews on her first as his seems a common theme. Dreadful. Avoid this company

Ordered Nike panda dunks, took about a week to receive email of dispatch. I emailed them and I got a reply back, was assured they are getting shipped out the next day which it did as I received my dispatch email. I think a ometimes it can take long due to maybe not having the item in stock and having to order it in but I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely order from designer supplier again :)

I ordered a pair of air force 1s and they have not arrived it has been it has been almost 1 week and there has not been any confirmation email. Have tried to reach on all available platforms but no response.
