Really enjoyed the Ikigai masterclass. Helen explained the concepts clearly and professionally, giving helpful examples to enable us understand how to apply it to our own lives. I will definitely use Ikigai in my life now, and would highly recommend Helen.

After moving into my first management position I met with Helen to increase my confidence in having difficult conversations with the team. This was something I knew I had to get better at and in only 4 sessions the difference is amazing! Being able to think out loud with some guidance from Helen really helped me feel much more confident. I was even able to bring real life scenarios to discuss and Helen made it so easy for me to decide on a course of action and feel confident in doing so. I no longer worry or avoid difficult conversations and feel more able to address things as they arise.

I have spent the last couple of months working with Helen, we have looked at a number of theories and Helen was so clear and used real like experiences to put these into practice. This has made it easier to continue to apply these to every day situations. Would highly recommend Helen.

Helen has been working with me for a few months and she is very supportive, knowledgeable and professional. We have discussed ways of working towards goals and moving forwards with my career plans. These are realistic and achievable making them easy to fit into my daily routein.

I attended an introductory workshop and found it a very helpful introduction to the basic principles of ikigai. Helen was friendly, created a warm atmosphere conducive to learning, and was able and willing to explore the topic and respond to questions throughout.

I had several areas I wanted to address when I first started with Helen and after working with her, not only were they all addressed but I'd also identified and worked through others.

Helen presents in a very professional, relaxed and engaging manner, and her course in ikigai was fascinating, thought provoking and quite profound. Since the beginning of 2022 I have been searching for a graduate job with no success. After having five sessions my entire outlook on job hunting was reformed. I was helped with my CV, cover letter, social networks and general interview technique. Destination coaching has made a massive impact on my job hunting. When I compare my old CV and cover letter to my new one I am in awe. I only wish I would have found destination coaching earlier. I am very grateful for all Helen has done for me and will certainly use this program again if I'm searching for another job.
