Coaching with Helen such an amazing uplifting experience
What a wonderful empowering experience. Helen My coach was amazing. She unearthed through talking and exercises me again. I was able to feel confident again, I would recommend Helen to anyone wishing to bring more out of themselves. It was a truly empowering, Helen herself is such a lovely and great lady.

6 week coaching course
I couldn’t recommend Helen and Destinations Coaching more! I did a six week coaching course discussing a variety of topics and felt refreshed after every session. Helen’s ability to listen and offer questions that make you self-reflect is brilliant. Whether you want to do a course or a one off session, I have no doubt Destinations Coaching is the right place to do so!

We based our sessions on the fact I needed to move forward and become strong again …
We based our sessions on the difficulties I faced trying to maintain a relationship with someone who unfortunately did not reciprocate in the conventional way which did little for my self esteem and gave me a feeling of loneliness. As each week went by, during our chats I was able to actually think about how to manage my free time better so that I wasn't sat at home waiting on a date with this individual. I've been able to think more about what I actually enjoy doing and engineering get togethers with friends and family. I'm even taking up a new hobby together with friends so that we can all go together at weekends and enjoy the good weather. Sometimes just talking things over, can suddenly make you realise how easy it is to change your habits and rebuild your self worth? 6 weeks later, I'm finally strong enough to do what I need to do to survive and move forward. 8 weeks later, I'm now putting all my strength into making good things happen for me and realise that my time before was just wasted on the wrong person.

Walked in with no idea what to expect and walked out with life skills and a new perspective I'd never had of myself before, I would highly recommend Destinations Coaching. Even if you don't think it'll do anything, give it a try, you can end your sessions at any time and the coaches are approachable and professional.
If you do go for it, good luck and remember to be truthful as otherwise they can't help you improve.
