This company pesters the life out of…
This company pesters the life out of you weeks before the cover expires using texts and then phone calls ( how far in advance do they want the payment ?? ). Price of cover competative, have been with them a few years. After paying and renewing my insurance they then habe the ordacity to put me onto ( automatic renewal ) No request to offer just implemented it. Not acceptable, should be offered NOT mandatory. The onus is on me to then cancel it. Its high time the law was changed in regard to Automatic Renewal.

Hello Graham, thank you for your review. We would like to advise that we contact our customers 21 days prior to the renewal date to advise of the renewal details and that if automatic renewal is on the policy, it would automatically renew 7 working days prior to the renewal date. We also contact our customers via phone to advise of the same to ensure they are not left without cover in place. We then confirm to our customers when the policy has automatically renewed and that cover is in place. We do this in advance to ensure cover is in place for them. Hanging on the telephone.....
Although, expectations were finally met by renewing my insurance the route to achieving it was brutal!!
I had a query regarding my renewal which I needed to talk to an advisor about. So, naively I decided to try the phone lines at 08:50 in the hope I would be able to speak to someone regarding my query.
This was not to be, I gave up trying to attempt contact three hours later at 11:50!!
Simply not upto the standards I was expecting.

Nice woman on the phone who was very helpful. Didnt take long to buy my two motorbike insurances. The line was a bit echoey though. Think ive been with them 8 or 9 years without any problems. Very well recomended!
