Easy to explain what I wanted and a very good price

Service was good, but my insurance went down by nearly £200 this year, never had this before so this was a surprise.

Although I wasn't able to get as cheaper motorbike insurance as I'd have liked,due to my circumstances, the Bikesure representative ( Brian )did his upmost to find the best deal. He was extremely helpful & friendly throughout.

Both quotes for my two bikes where cheaper than the year previous which is a rare event nowerdays.

Great customer services personnel, however the website, and app is terrible. Uploading previous NCD documents is a nightmare, and took a week to resolve.
Not a great start for insurance.

The whole service is good, the end result was what I wanted but comminication isnt 100% even though the ability is there.
My request had been facilitated but no one told me

I didnt have a clue but the man that helped me it was so easy and a pleasant to be on the phone to them easy to talk to I got my bike insurance with these and I will definitely keep using then and recommend them

Found the Advisor very helpful and helpful explained all my needs and requirements in plain English and gave me the policy I required ,with only the addons necessary with a very competitive rate

Staff are amazing everytime I called very polite and well mannered go above and beyond to help and are so knowledgeable as always a pleasure to call for any changes or even a quote and price is always best I can find. The staff are helpful with getting best cover suited to you.

A very helpful advisor nothing was too much bother for her she answered all my questions with professionalism

Trying to accept policy terms is almost impossible, had to register, wait for code which was slow, constant threats policy will be cancelled if not agreed within 24 hours, despite having paid premium in full!!!!

Had no problem reinsuring my bike great am very satisfied

I had a really frustrating experience with Bikesure that’s left me with zero confidence in their pricing or processes.

I was initially quoted £380 for my insurance, which I was happy with and went ahead with. A few weeks later, before the policy had even started, they contacted me claiming there was a “discrepancy” with a previous accident from five years ago. Specifically, they said the date was wrong and that the incident had been categorised differently.

Fair enough to check details - but this is where it gets ridiculous.

They then increased the premium by £242 per year and told me I either had to pay it or pay an admin fee to cancel. This is despite the fact the policy hadn’t even started yet. That alone feels completely unreasonable.

What really undermines their credibility is this: when I corrected the date and ran a new quote with the exact same details, it came back at the original £380.

So which is it? Either the risk changed or it didn’t. You can’t have it both ways.

To make matters worse, their complaints process is outdated and awkward - no proper email contact, just live chat or writing in like it’s 1998.

Overall, this felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Attractive initial quote, followed by a significant increase once you’re committed. I won’t be using them again.

Contacted me when the policy was up for renewal as last years quote was too expensive.
Very efficient quote sorted very quickly.
