What a fabulous product and service tasty food delivered on time
I thought that Devon Hampers only delivered in Devon which is where I have used them in the past, but to my delight they service the whole of the UK
My freiends were blown away by the delicious food.

Thank you for your 5* Review - lovely to hear that the hamper was enjoyed.
Experience wasn't great.
Delivered to reception as opposed to our lodge.
Clotted cream seal on pot was broken so didn't use.
Emailed to advise and no response.
Thought scones would have been home cooked, as opposed to vacuum sealed and flat / bland at best.

We apologise that your delivery was left at reception rather than your lodge. While this is standard procedure for many gated holiday sites (as guests are often out during the day), we understand it was frustrating and we're sorry for the inconvenience.
We're also sorry the clotted cream seal had come loose in transit. Everything is carefully checked before dispatch, but we completely understand your hesitation to use it.
Our scones are baked fresh by a local baker and vacuum sealed to ensure they travel well — we're sorry they didn't hit the mark on this occasion.
We're concerned your email went unanswered, as we always aim to respond promptly. It may have reached an unmonitored inbox, and we'd love the chance to make things right. Please get in touch directly at sales@devonhampers.com and we'll be happy to help.

Good customer service
I ordered an afternoon tea hamper to send to a friend in Yorkshire. On receipt of order confirmation I realised I had made a mistake on the address for delivery.
This was Saturday so had to wait until Monday when I could ring and speak to someone. I think the lady I spoke to was called Lucy and was very helpful. My friend received her hamper on Wednesday and said it was lovely. Apparently the pasties were a good size!

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I forgot to put my note in when placing my order and called to get this included. Had to call back later to change delivery address which was done immediately.
Nice to speak to a lovely, very helpful human being at the end of the phone!

I bought this hamper as a present
I bought this hamper as a present for friends so I have no direct experience of it. They on the other hand were very pleased to receive it. Legend and Hogs Bottom Strawberry Jam were especially mentioned.
It was delivered on the day I selected.
I would certainly recommend this hamper.

Excellent service and products
Second time I’ve used them and this time I purchased four different hampers, all were delivered on time and the recipients were delighted with them. I forgot to fill in a card with one of the hampers, so emailed, had an instant response and problem was solved. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have used Devon Hampers before to send Hampers to a relative in North Wales. From my point of view, I find their service excellent but I always contact my relative for their opinion on the contents. Invariably, they return a positive verdict, so, I have no hesitation in recommending Devon Hampers service and contents!
