I ordered a hamper for my parents at Christmas and the order process was straight forward and they delivered on the date I stated in the order. My parents enjoyed the hamper and I would recommend Devon Hampers.

Needed a gift urgently and the lady who answered the phone was so helpful and organised a delivery before Christmas. The recipients enjoyed eating the contents!

This is the second time I have used Devon Hampers and they did not disappoint. Hamper was gorgeous, full of local delights and I was able to add a few other bits which were very much appreciated. Being able to tailor the hamper to suit the tastes of the gift recipient is brilliant. Delivery is amazing, I was kept informed at every step - I will be ordering again 😁

The choice, ordering and scheduling of delivery was easy and good but the actual delivery was disappointing. I was told it was delivered to a neighbour but why when the actual recipient was in all day and ready at given time. Their house is 47. Parcel delivered to 20!!! My son went round next day to collect. Not what was expected.

Was great to choose what went in the hamper, my dad loved it.
It was delivered on time and all the contents had plenty of time before the use by dates.

Ordered a hamper for my elderly father for Christmas. It was great to be able to select items from the interesting range of products to make up a bespoke hamper and he was delighted with the gift. Also very convenient to be able to select a delivery date. Overall an excellent experience.

The 6 pack mince pies were nothing special at all. Run of the mill 6 in a box but with a huge price tag for what you get. The main problem is there’s only a sliver of mince filling in them with a big void above it and the mince itself isn’t that special either. Really disappointing as I thought these would be god tier pies given the price but alas they were run of the mill.

I ordered a hamper as a Christmas present that was customly put together by myself. This includes 3 bottles of Cider. Upon delivery only 1 bottle was included. This meant that I had to get in touch to chase up this problem. The problem was put right, but the reason for the lower star rating is the fact that I shouldn't have needed to chase this up to start with.
