Ordered a vape over a week ago paid for express shipping and still not received it, tried contacting them and no response, but your stuff from somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible - Do not buy any vapes from this seller .
Ordered 3x geek bars , got an email to say they have been discontinued. I sent back a response which 3 alternatives with flavours . To be sent some completely different ! 2 weeks trying to get a refund and for them to to pay postage label!

Avoid at all costs

wrong vape, sent me an alternate then leaked all over my joggers and half the liquid was gone terrible service don’t reply either

So I ordered something unavailable in the UK and it got replaced. Wouldn’t be too bad but I didn’t like what it got replaced with, what it got replaced with was cheaper and I wasn’t refunded the difference - not the end of the world but it just shows a really poorly run business. And then after I message the guy to complain, he gives me some random excuse that doesn’t resonate with the situation whatsoever and then refuses to respond when I call him out. Pretty shocking. Listen to the bad reviews - they’re there for good reason. 1 star

Ordered two different flavours. Received two of the same. When trying to contact the customer service they weren't very responsive. Only thing they said "due to restrictions in UK they double up orders". Cannot understand how they do not explain online or state that I might not get both flavours that were in stock online. Disappointed. I got ignored by customer service on WhatsApp after questioning the situation

Ordered 5 vapes, was only sent 4 and was sent incorrect flavours. Emailed their provided email address which kept getting bounced back as their email address wasn't accepting emails, so I contacted their WhatsApp number. They finally replied saying they would send my missing vapes on my next order, this wasn't acceptable so I asked for my missing vape to be sent to me as my order wasn't fulfilled. They kept saying it would be sent out, never arrived. I have contacted them several times since and got no response. Avoid this company at all costs

Strange you have good reviews ive been waiting since 17th for my order won't answer emails nothing how can I get a refund if you won't answer messages sent on your site horrid behaviour I will avoid you in the future and claim through my bank and all these reviewers who say customer service is top notch how the hell you contacted them the email is fake
