Recently purchased a Bali sofa from DF beds, I’m very impressed with the quality and service I received from these guys. I would highly recommend this company

The only thing I was disappointed in was there was one man to deliver a 3 + 2 seater sofas.
My neighbour had to come and help him.
This was no fault of the driver he did not ask my neighbour offered.

We were moving house which was stressful in itself, but we needed a couple of beds and a sofa when we moved as we were getting rid of what we had. I messaged the company before making a purchase and asked them if they would be able to deliver on our moving day in the afternoon as wasn't sure when the keys were being released. They let me know they would be able to do that. I then placed the order and let them know I had. On the day of moving day, I got a text from the driver letting me know when he would be there in the afternoon when we had the keys. He was quick and efficient with the furniture and alot of stress was taken off us. The furniture was just what we wanted and were very happy with it. We had a great experience with them and would definitely use them again!

Beautiful sofa! Helpful service over WhatsApp to ask any questions and swatches were sent out swiftly.
We absolutely love the sofa, it looks beautiful, was easy to put together, it's super comfortable and quality fabric. We chose the colour plush cream. Highly recommend!

Amazing service the sofa recliner is not so comfortable but the service recieved is so prompt . Nice people but the sofa recliner could be more comfortable

The sofas arrived on time.
The leather quality is amazing and the colour is amazing too.

Ordered the 3 seater and 2 seater Kansas in black leather.
Arrived two days later. Perfect conditions for the price it’s great quality.

On the positive side, I found the salesperson to be very friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. I really appreciate that.

However, I must express my disappointment with the overall quality of the couch. Specifically, I have noticed a significant issue with the head and upper back support. If a person is slightly over 5 feet tall, they won't be able to fully rest their head and upper back when not in a reclined position, as the backrest angles too far backward.

In addition, the hinges on the reclining footrest seem quite weak and they frequently get stuck, which is rather frustrating.

I hope you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the quality and design of your couches in the future.

Delivery was quicker than expected

Although the suite wasn't expensive disappointed with the seat padding, the backs are fine but sparce on the seating

I got the chesterfield corner sofa in grey it looks beautiful excellent build quality I definitely give this company 5 stars the customer service was brilliant as all my questions were answered anytime I had a question and I made a few mistakes on my behalf but these lot are very trustworthy it was a pleasure to deal with them including the delivery guy the process was very simple and straightforward

I give this bed five stars. It was not too difficult to put together

My experience with df beds was great the best part this company is the communication is seamless. Fast delivery.courer very good letting you know when you receiving. The goods . We had couple issues that was resolved quickly without hesitation and I believe d f beds to look after the customer first. Thank you.

Put a bad review on the 23rd of December about the way i was treated got a phone call from the actual owner who couldn't have been more apologetic.He had someone looking after his business as he was in hospital which was so nice of him to contact me and explain everything to me so i have upped the stars as he got incontact with me right away

Sofa is perfect, very comfortable and easy to assemble. Just surprised only 1 man to deliver as item very heavy and husband had to help unload from the can

Comfortable and just what I wanted.

Very happy with the service, price, quality of product, responsiveness of the DFBeds team to questioning, and the delivery driver was a very pleasant and accomodating man. Dodged a bullet with delivery nearly going to wrong address, due to what I thought was a mistake from DFBeds but later realised I had put in my billing postcode to my delivery address, driver made the adjustment on route and came to me which is going over and above what most would do. Highly recommend using this company to anyone and would certainly use them again.

From start to finish, it was a stress-free experience. Faheem took my order then I received my 3 sofas 2 days later! The sofas are stunning, comfortable and great quality. So happy. What a brilliant service, just in time for Xmas. I will definitely be a returning customer.
