First of all it looks like there's like one person working there (Ryan)🤣
Also all reviews with named advisor (like Ryan) are either made by company themselves or by customers which were told exactly what to say.
I'm wondering what recent customers are thankful for as DFH (as FSS) don't take new IVA customers ...?
Friend of mine was put on DMP a uear ago temporarily ! So after few months he could be moved to IVA. Few phones later and false issues he was told he can't have IVA as they don't take new customers.
He was also told a year ago that DRO would be the biggest mistake. Well, if he did DRO then he would be debt free by now ....

DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!!!! I'm still being threatened by people I have debts with and they just take the money and do nothing.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT! The calls recieved from this company use sales tactics and target the most vunerable people. They did not proceed to make payments and keep account up to date (some of my creditors even sold the debt to collections agency whilst it was supposed to be under DFH management)
The took £100's from me at a time i was extremely vunerable and in need of help.
They used tactics such as familiarising thereself with my medication and conditions and telling me they had been in this position and also take the same midications. They also insinuated that bankruptcy was not an option. DONT FALL FOR THAT. It is a lie and alsway speak to the FREE services like step change and other available services out there before allowing these people to take what little money you have.
I will be following this up as long as possible with the financial ombudsman and taking it to tribunal if neccessary. I will do everything possible to stop them preying on vunerable people

I spoke to Ryan today who helped me managed my current debts to a more sustainable level allowing me to almost cut my monthly outgoings in half which is going to mean I can breathe a little easier again whilst also maintaining my role.

I am very grateful to him for his time today and his advice.

I have told this company to stop pestering me I told the first advisor I did not want a call back and I would call when I’m ready as I work nights the advisor sounded dodgy like they kept avoiding saying yes I’ve cancelled your callback. I specifically said can you confirm you have cancelled my call back. They just said yes and ended the call quick.

Fast forward to today and the appointment I specifically asked not to have just woke me up, I told the advisor I’m in bed and I’m not happy that they didn’t listen to my request to now receiving an email saying thank you let’s move to the next steps !!!!

This is disgusting and forceful and under any uncertain terms is bullying.

Please avoid this clearly numbers based company !!!

I spoke to Jakob from DFH and he was absolutely amazing. I'd got myself into a debt spiral and he was so understanding, so compassionate and made me feel so comfortable and not judged. I had felt ashamed and embarrassed by my situation and he helped me realise that it's ok and that he can help. During our call I cried sad tears going through everything and Jakob was brilliant and understanding. By the end of the call he had a solution in place for me, all set up and ready to go. Jakob helped me to breathe a sigh of relief and cry happy tears at finally having a solution without judgement or shame. He's helping me through email and WhatsApp to get everything in order and is available for help and updates when it is convenient for me. Absolutely amazing service and I wish I'd known about DFH sooner! The hardest part is making that first phone call but I can't put into words how much that one phone call has helped!

I phoned up for some help with debts and was put through to Ryan who helped me massively made everything so easy and made me feel so much better about the whole thing I couldn’t thank him enough.

Ryan is a legend, not only cared but was very professional. I went from considering crime to booking my son back into his extra curricula's in 2 1/2 hours. ❤️❤️❤️

3 years ago I found this company by pure chance. I had never heard of them or a Debt Management Plan. I was trying to keep afloat and barely covering the interest of multiple debts. I didnt see much hope of ever being debt free. DFH changed all that for me. 3 years of paying a sizeable amount on a monthly basis but they were able to get the interest stopped on most of the debts and I was actuallyy able to pay my debts off. I have just completed the plan and I cannot believe I made it. They make the seemingly impossible, possible. I just want to say thank you. This kept me out of insolvency. I am so thankful.

Ryan , immediately put me at ease and helped me to not worry . My mental health improved and I was helped to not feel stupid. Well done!

I spoke to Hermann who was very professional, he explained every possible solution to my problem. Friendly and polite with no pressure, I would recommend anyone in debt stress meltdown to call DFH and talk to them. Can not fault there help and professionalism
