Doesnt even deserve 1 star to be honest, the communication was spot on for the initial part of the call to get everything set up then once they took the first payment i didnt hear anything back after i have messaged them so many times. Still getting threatened by my creditors for CCJS due to no payments or contact and i asked DFH to contact them and they kept saying they have yet the creditors said they have had no communication from them??? They also was taking £100.00 a month for my creditors yet DHF was taking £49.00 out of the £100.00 make it make sense?? When i questioned this, they then decided to ignore all my messages. Absolute scam artist dont ever go with these i have changed to step change instead.

Absolutely fantastic service from Ryan made me feel at ease with everything went through things over and over for me so I was completely comfortable. Took a massive weight off my shoulders from the moment I called till now!
Not pushy at all and let me have a think about everything in my own time.

Worst thing I ever did. They promised everything - freeing up my overdraft, paying off my Flex debt to free up money. Instead, they basically froze everything so I had no access to my money or food and couldn't use any credit to feed myself. 30 days later I'm still waiting to see if they have done anything but, of course, THEY'VE taken their monthly payment. Don't do it.

Amazing group of people, from minute one of the phone call they assisted me and guided me to the right way for my debt. I started a very affordable debt management plan and I don’t have the worry of anyone coming to my house or drowning in debt

Avoid !!! They use your financial worry for their own benefit , i only wanted this solution as i was having a baby on the way & wanted to get my finances in order but DFH have no solutions but only to fill their own pockets. They have made my credit score get damaged so badly i cant get a better, bigger place now it's become a major problem in my life with a baby on the way. Please use alternative avenues as these guys are scum of the earth ...... paying off your own debts personally & incrementally is the better option !!!!! Stay away from them ........

I cannot recommend these guys enough, after a phonecall with two people, Safa Saeed and Hermann Holtze, who both DESERVE A RAISE! Having over 4k of debts across 8 lenders I've been in a rut for the past 4 years. I've finally been able to get in control of my debt thanks to these guys, 1 singular payment of £111 which can be increased as and when i like. Nothing is too much, no question too silly and absolutely NO JUDGEMENT on your circumstances. Just such lovely people who really care about helping their clients. Highly recommend! This company that have license to help people with debts, is acting exactly like loan sharks, hiding informations about their fees, lying everytime when they say something, answering to a serious complain with general details, missing the parts that incriminates them and again keep lying. Broking all the rules of a decent and honest advertising or service. More than that these thieves is gonna help people to pay double for their debts. For everyone interested in this kind of deal, use please the Stepchange which is helpful, free and kind. DO NOT DEAL with this people that wants only you to pay their salaries.

Really helpful been with them for a half a year now had a really bad time and was off work for a while so my pay dropped I called them and the reduced my payments for a month to get sorted really needed that! They were friendly I didn’t feel judged just fab thank you
