I have read some of these reviews and would like to share my experience so far. I was looking for a local company to buy from and decided to visit DG campers. Met with Dixie who explained everything emno sales pressure at all . After careful consideration we decided to put a deposit down on a van. So far so good I will update as we progress with the purchase but I am confident that I have made the right choice. A lot of money to pay out but at the moment I am very happy with the service. @ Dixie looking forward to my swampers 🤣

Do not buy a van from this company they rip you off! We have had nothing but trouble with the van we purchased from this company and they are not interested and don’t reply to any of our emails or phone calls.
Awful customer service and issues with the work they did on the vehicle!

Purchased our Van back in November, met with Andy and Dixie at the Showroom. Andy explained options regarding customising the Van. Relaxed approach with no pressure to make a decision. Since purchasing, any questions we’ve had with the Van, Dixie has gone above and beyond to answer any queries. Really pleased with our Van. Already enjoying getting out and about in it as a family. Very happy with the service we’ve received.

Myself , my mum and Harry all had a great experience here at dgcampers . Dixie was great to talk to as he explained everything in good detail and showed everything about the van very well , all went very smoothly.

Collected my personalised camper today very impressed with the service. I would advise to ask for the sales manager dixie who is very knowledgable in his field.

Visited DG Campers today, the team there were very professional, Dixie was the sales manager who helped me finally make my decision on my camper, which I will be collecting in three weeks!!! Would definitely recommend DG Campers, they have a large range of campers in stock.

First holiday in our DG campers van.
We had heavy rain one day.
1. The roof leaked at every stitching point so we had cups to collect the water and were unable to use top bed. Had someone to inspect and they said no waterproofing had been done on the pop up!
2. The roof lights kept flickering on and off.
3. The cupboard door on fridge wouldn't stay shut as catch was not strong enough so had to tape up.
4. The connection to water container fitting leaked in cupboard

Very poor build quality.
Even though they sell their vans with a guarantee, who would trust them to put right the shoddy conversion.

I read some of the reviews and was concerned but can't lie I have had nothing but great experience, the egr cooler went and it was booked in and resolved, it seems to me that these negative reviews are only a small number but I can't say that was the case for us, it broke got fixed and no problems, but it is a used van and not brand new

Excellent company
I love my van

I have never been treated so badly by a company. They shouted abuse at me and lied.
They gave me a van full of faults and they fitted my gas without a drop out vent. Beware.
