I believe I chose the correct seals…
I believe I chose the correct seals packet. But the website I used did not explain properly. I was terribly mislead. The pipe seals I needed for the Magna clean filter were not included in the seals pack I chose. Waste of my time and money. Now I have to return. Customer cannot use their boiler until this has been corrected.

Mark was a good engineer
Mark was very good and arrived promptly- it would have been helpful if he carried some ‘inhibitor’ to put in the tank, even if I had to pay for it.
Mark did advise me how to order and put it in!

Good products and compatibility information

Great price slow service
Just set up on my own and been told to use DHS spares. Been waiting since Saturday for a part for a vulnerable customer. Been told i’ll get an email to let me know whats happening yesterday and today (Wednesday). Great price, slow service.
As i cant reply to your comment. I suggest you read what you put the part did not turn up at 8:29am. The phone call at 7:54am was to find out what was happening. I did not recieve a call back or email to let me know any updates! The in post delivery had 60 in red on top. So my problem is the delivery company you’ve used as they had it at 1:09am on Tuesday morning. Ive gave a fair review of 4 stars. Like it or lump it.

When you placed your order on Saturday, you opted for our 2-3 working day carriage/delivery option.
This delivery was as made as expected and without any delays. You called us at 7:54am on Wednesday 26th and the part was delivered at 8:29am the same day. I think your review and our delivery may have crossed paths.
For any future requirements, we do have other delivery options available should you need an express (next day) or urgent delivery (Next Day before 12pm) for your customers.

The website is easy to use. A wide range of parts for all makes of boilers is available. The prices are competitive and the delivery charge is reasonable.
My order was dealt with and dispatched promptly. A number of different delivery options are available including next day at a fair price.
