Emailed DHS to identify a spare part I was looking for. Got a quick reply within an hour acknowledging the request. The next day I got a reference to exactly the part I needed.

I paid for next day delivery on 2 orders over 2 days, Wednesday and Thursday. DHL decided to deliver both on the Friday so I had to rearrange one job for the Friday. I requested they leave items on doorstep - which would have fitted through the letterbox, they left a missed you note so now expecting the items on Monday and I’ve had to rearrange both jobs which means rearranging other jobs…….Ive emailed asking for a refund for next day delivery and haven’t heard back yet…..

Frankly they are just incompetent. I ordered a pack of 8 washers, which unless boxed like a Russian doll could simply have been put in a first class envelope. Royal mail would have delivered them next day. No this company charges 4.99 for delivery and then hands a tiny little envelope to courier company and let's just say not a good one. Ordered FIVE DAYS AGO and still not here. They couldn't care less. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordered a part for a heatpump but a few hours later relised it was the wrong part i ordered, phoned up too cancel it and the nice gentleman on the phone cancelled it and the refund was done within a hour, normally refunds take days so for that im giving 5 stars because within an hour is unheard off thanks

Very disappointed with this company. Ordered washer set for Worcester boiler. 4.99 for standard delivery. We are talking about an envelope here. Ordered 9am Tuesday and Friday still no show. A first class stamp would have guaranteed next day delivery. This company couldn't care less. You have been warned
