Excellent service, first and last... Having spent the last 3 years experiencing shockingly bad service from BT - overpriced voice services, and slow internet that spent as much time up as down - it is a joy to work with Jane and her team.

Worked with Dial Direct for years and they've always been helpful and professional. They have been thorough with their explanations of how to use the products and Jane in particular has always offered help.
