The business model of this company is that they facilitate contact between the client and a cleaner, and then they keep on earning a regular fee (paid via direct debit) as a retainer, or something.

I respect that.

However, I asked to be granted the privilege of trying the cleaner assigned to me once, before getting into what is effectively a subscription model. But the person from the company who's managing my account spent the better part of last week badgering and pestering me with this bloody direct debit I have to set up, preemptively accusing me of wanting to bypass the company and deal with the cleaner directly, which I never wanted to do.

I promised I would make a decision about my cleaner by Monday 30 March morning, a deadline which hasn't elapsed yet. However, I made a fatal mistake. The cleaner (a skilled and thoughtful person) asked me if we could already set up an appointment for next week, and I arranged that with her directly. For practical reason, not to bypass this bunch of annoying paranoids.

For this horrible crime, I received an e-mail at 22:45 on Sunday 29 March with some hysterical nonsense about me bypassing this bloody company or some such.

Dear lord, enough with this crap. Get a grip on your paranoia. I was going to set up this damned direct debit first thing in the morning but the very idea of having to deal with you is turning my day sour.

The cleaner was excellent, very hard-working and thorough throughout. The service offered great value for money, and everything was handled professionally. I had no issues at all with either the cleaning itself or the payment process. I would recommend this service to others.

Paul found me a cleaner at short notice to do a whole day's clean on a house from which we were moving out . The cleaner, Paula, developed her own work plan, worked really hard, and was friendly and obliging. Ticked all the boxes.

Arranged for my elderly parents to have a weekly clean in Bideford two years ago and they have been brilliant! My parents were reluctant to employ the services of any kind of help but were clearly struggling. Enter Ian from Diamond Home Support who understood my concerns and arranged for the most amazing lady, Michelle to come and introduce herself and she has been cleaning their home ever since! My parents actually started to look forward to her weekly visits! Michelle was amazing and most importantly trustworthy and respectful. Unfortunately my parents have now gone in to care. Again, Ian has been excellent and understanding. First class service all round.

Brilliant service my cleaner does an excellent job

I made my initial enquiry at the Peterborough branch, and was contacted within a couple of hours. Within 24 hours the manager told me he had assigned a cleaner to me and that she would arrive at 9am the following week! No consultation as to what time of day would suit me, so I had to put it off until I was available and at a more suitable time to me. He also told me he had given her my phone number as she 'liked to introduce herself before starting'. I didn't get a call from her and, on the assigned day and time, she did not turn up! No call to explain why. I was not impressed so I decided to cancel the agreement for services as I was still within the 14 day 'cooling off' period.
THEN I got a text and call from the manager saying he was 'sorry about the confusion' (there was no confusion!) But that his employee told him she had phoned me and Id agreed she could come next week instead! This was a blatant lie. She did NOT speak to me but I did find a missed call 2 hours AFTER she was meant to have turned up. But no message/voicemail.
The manager asked if we could try again next week but I declined and said that I would like to cancel the services.
What a disgraceful way to run a company, totally unprofessional and Im glad I cancelled the agreement as Id have had a person in my house who feels its ok to lie!

Dana is great - always cheerful and doing a good job. We will miss her as our circumstances changed and we don't need cleaning anymore but i thought I'd leave a nice review anyway :)

Dana does a domestic clean for us once a week and she is amazing: reliable, efficient and professional. She is very trustworthy and does a fantastic job every time, even helping with our elderly dog who needs to be let out when she is here. Would recommend.

Diamond Home support- Norwich branch gave our house a fabulous clean prior to estate agent photographers coming round. The house absolutely shone- and all the work done with good humour as well as diligence. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

It was easy and quick to find someone to help me with housework. Dana is super-efficient, thorough and quick. She is also pleasant and thoughtful with just enough sense of humour to make her good company. She arrives on time.

We have been using Diamond Home Support Middlesbrough for the past 2 years to help aging parents with their home. The cleaner is very reliable and professional and gives us piece of mind they are in good hands. I would highly recommend using this service.

I’ve been with Diamond Home Support Teesside for a couple of years now, and I honestly can’t fault them. The cleaners are reliable, hardworking, and always do an excellent job. It’s great to come home to a clean and fresh house every time. The team are easy to deal with, quick to respond, and genuinely care about providing a quality service. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for dependable cleaners.

We had to have a change of cleaner in Middlesbrough. Thru 3 different monitoring systems we established a pattern of significant misclaiming for hours and poor quality of cleaning.
With irrefutable proof I contacted the manager. No apology or real acknowledgement of difficulty. It was a case of 'oh I'll tell her tomorrow you no longer need a cleaner' As an ex head of Local Authority community care and safeguarding for social services I told him he needed to take action. 'Well there have been no other complaints.' He assured me no one on this person's schedule was vulnerable.
Awful attitude. You have no idea who is coming thru your door

Really good customer service. Incredibly reliable. A company that seems to really care about their staff and their customers !

Signed on as new customer for Chichester. Signed the agreement and standing order.All agreed for a Thursday start. No Show! Rearagined for Saturday ..no show bad back. Asked for a call back received email saying the business was being closed!
Do Not Use. Awaiting return of direct debit payment!

We’ve been having bi-weekly cleans. I’d really recommend Diamond Home. Andrew is great. A good thorough clean and a lovely guy to have here. Very trustworthy.

The cleaner provided by Cornwall Diamond Home Support is very willing and able to tackle all sorts of cleaning and other domestic chores. She is friendly and punctual and flexible in accommodating changes to the schedule.

The cleaners they send out are fantastic, always so hard working, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. I am always kept up to date with any changes and I have no problem contacting them on the rare occasion I have needed to contact them. I cannot recommend them enough

Worst experience with any company. Did not answer concerns and only had unreasonable response when seeking feedback re they claimed had confirmed contract and direct debit, had not happened when asked for feedback and several calls just received resulting email. With just trying to organise for cleaner but would not use them again.
