Earrings were poorly made. Back fell of within a hour of me wearing and the earring was lost. Very disappointed.

Since my original review, the company was phenomenal in rectifying the situation. Not only did the offer an incredible apology, but replaced the lost earring and supplied 2 new backs to secure the jewelry. The backs are a much highly quality and the earrings are now very secure upon wearing.

The immediate response of the owner was not only personal but extremely genuine.

Based on the customer service, I highly recommend the company and praise their integrity.

With the new backs, my earrings are perfect and are true to the description.

I feel confident to purchase other products that they offer.

Looks good, heavily faceted. Perhaps not quite new diamond quality, but certainly passes as an older diamond.

The loose stones are for sure the way to go. Outstanding look and value $30-40 compared to my actual $5000 stone. Great for short term use - pendant or earrings. Not sure how it withstand washing and wear on a ring. But looks exact new.

The ring I received is very pretty BUT, it’s not the ring I ordered. I ordered a 2 ct solitaire but received the 4 ct pear cut with a halo. I’m not sure if the stone looks more like a cz or diamond because I’ve honestly never seen a stone this large in either. The ring seems to be of good quality, I’m just disappointed that I didn’t get the ring I had actually ordered.

As advertised, all the Diamondveneer jewelry out shown the cubic zirconia stones. I receive many complements on the jewelry I purchased with DV stones. My favorite so far is the motion necklaces and earrings. The design is unique and pieces very well made.

I’m very pleased with the product so far.

The stones don't seem to have the same degree of refraction that the others I purchased. The settings are very cheap. I would rather pay a little more and have a better setting.

the bracelet I bought was very short, would just fit around my arm but was very tight, and it broke after only two weeks. I would have given no stars if I could have.Even the 50% off price I paid was too much for a cheap junky piece of jewelry.

I am thrilled with the 3.5 carat loose stone my husband purchased for me. I wanted to see just how good the stone was and to ensure I was not just going on emotion. I took the stone to my local pawn shop (highest reputation in the community). I placed the stone on their black felt and the owner looked over the lady's shoulder and looked at me and asked how much I was asking for it. I said it was not for sale, and he asked me how much would it take for it to be for sale. I couldn't help but smile. The lady that was helping me said that she has never seen a more beautiful stone. I proceeded to ask for recommendations on jewelers to have it set. She then asked me one more time if it was for sale, I had to let the cat out of the bag. I asked her to test it. She touched it so that she could register the vibrations and it would not register and she looked at me puzzled. I had to tell her the truth, that it was a diamond veneer stone. She could NOT believe it. There was a minor mix-up with my order, my husband ordered a cushion cut but instead, I was sent a brilliant radiant cut stone, which was perfect by me. I prefer the brilliant radiant over the cushion cut. So the mistake was in my favor, so no complaints here. I did mention it to DV and they wanted me to take a photo and send it and I refused, told them it's mine now, they cannot have it back. EXCELLENT STONE, can hardly wait to get it mounted. It FOOLED a pawn shop owner that has been in business for over 30 years...EXCELLENT QUALITY!

Like many others, I have purchased several different pieces of Diamond Veneer jewelry. I was disappointed in every single piece. The different earrings and two different wedding bands lost their finish almost immediately. I did have one band that seemed to be of better quality than the other pieces, however, stones started falling out! I'm wondering if it has to do with the different sizes of the stones, as mentioned in a previous post.
I was disappointed in the quality in all of the pieces and chose to not return any of them, as I figured I would just recieve more of the same.

I was very excited to order a new ring, the shipping was fast but unfortunately the ring i received looks extremely fake because of the poor quality of the band. The band is so thin you can’t even tell there’s stones in the band and there is no shine at all. I will be returning.

I ordered a ring and i LOVE it. Hence why I am so confused by others comments. I took it to my own jeweler and he told me that the stones do actually have a very unique and special G color of a diamond. I was happy regardless of the verification because of all the compliments I would receive and its sparkle. Ive had it for over 3 months and I still have not had a problem. Ive even traveled with it on a 10 hour flight and it was good to go.

An update, about 6 months after I wrote my first review, Jacob from Diamond Veneer or Zirconmania contacted me and explained that he had implemented strict customer service policies to prevent another experience like this. And despite the fact that it’s been a LONG time since I bought the ring, he offered me free return shipping and a full refund which I accepted and received.

I bought my ring for a special occasion, and therefore did not wear it until after 30 days. After the 3rd or 4th time I did, two small stones popped off the band. I called Diamond Veneer anyway as I thought that pretty egregious, and the first question out of the representatives mouth was, “Did you wash your hands while wearing the ring?” Excuse me, but what? She offered to replace the ring anyway, but I decided to have the stones reset as I thought they were lovely and the replacement ring would likely have the same issue.

My jewelers response: “I have many things to discuss. Firstly, the stones measure 8mm and 5mm. Now, please forgive me, as this isn't going to be kind. These sellers should have taken this ring back right away, even before it started dropping melee czs. One of the side cushions is set crooked. The two side cushions are not cut to match each other nor are they the same cut as the center stone. One side cushion has a smaller table, and the other has a very big, incorrectly cut table (the one that is not set crooked). Finally, the center cushion has a sizable dent, which could have been from wear and tear, but maybe not, given the problems the other stones have. I should think with this coating they supposedly have, they would be more protected against that. Sadly, it is my opinion that these stones are not diamond coated. I just pray you didn't pay much for the ring.” (This is her opinion about the coating, but given the other issues, I see her point.)

“I hate to say this, but I do not feel these czs are worthy of a nice gold ring upgrade. I hope you are not too upset by all this, but I feel I need to be honest with you. “

I haven’t worn the ring since. It’s been well over a year, and I meant to write a review much earlier but couldn’t figure how until I found this email that I had overlooked. It’s too bad I cannot paste the photos my jeweler emailed me into this application.
