But the price that diamond veneer wanted was not acceptable after I received my items!
The back of my earrings turned colors😨 & the
1st time I put my necklace on it broke😱!

Received my ring February of 2017. I didn’t wear it til the day of my wedding March, 12, 2017. I got a custom 14 carat yellow gold eternity wedding band. One month later, a stone fell out. They replaced it for a $10 fee.A couple weeks later, 2 fell out, for another $10 they replaced it. Third time stones fell out, they refused to return any messages of mine. I currently don’t have a wedding band. Despite the fact the ring was over $500, it was trash and a complete waste of money. I wish we had been smarter and just spent a little more for a real diamond ring, despite the fact that, for what we could afford, the stones would be smaller. I should also add that I am, in no way rough with my hands. I also took the ring off when I showered or any time I washed or put lotion on my minds. I would literally just look down and see yet ANOTHER stone was missing. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Even with having nice customer service the first couple times, the fact of the matter is it’s xompletely ridiculous that the stones fall out so easy as if it came straight out of a gum ball machine. And I’m pretty sure they stopped returning my calls because they know their product is trash and they are probably getting a lot of unhappy customers calling for ring repairs. Save yourself the money DONT waste your time.

I ordered some stud earrings and one broke, I requested a replacement but was totally ignored after the fact. Customer service is a JOKE !!!

Beautiful jewelry and great customer service

My items arrived too late and I wanted them for my trip. When I returned from my trip, the items had arrived. I called them and requested to return the items I purchased, about $600, and they denied my return. I attempted to try and reason with them and explained that they shipped the package too late...etc. Still WOULD NOT return the items. That said, the "stimulated diamond earrings, 2ct ea, looked so fake as well as the cushion cut 6 ct simulated diamond ring. I looked like glass and not like a beautiful simulated "diamond ring," as advertised. I would NEVER recommend shopping here. Not because of the return issue, more becasue the products, I recieved were NOT worth the value they charge. You could buy nicer items at Walmart.

The diamond fell out of the post two weeks after getting the earrings. Unfortunately, I was in Abu Dhabi working and couldn't contact the company for several months. I was then told that it was past the time to repair or get a new set.

My father was a jeweler for many years. Before he passed away he was impressed at how perfect the stones looked. The quality of workmanship is extremely perfected. I own five of the rings some diamonds also canary which is my dad's favorite stone. I get compliments all the time and people do you think they're real. I was just in a jewelry store not too long ago looking for a special pair of pearl earrings which I cannot find anywhere I think I'm going to have to have the maid. The jeweler commented on how beautiful my ring was he and wanted to see it. Of course I would not take it off but they were impressed at how beautiful it was . He made the comment that I wouldn't take it off either it probably cost a fortune. That's how real these rings look. This company is by far a trustworthy company and they meet all qualifications for every need. If you pass them up you're stupid!
