I bought a cd key but no responce , i send them an email and i have no response ...

I pre ordered the battlefield hardline for a long time ago. (8/26/2014) i ask for the key but they said "wait for the game releases" and i wait for a long time. Emailed a few times and they said "Thank you for contacting DigiKeys sales team, a member of the team will respond to you shortly." No ones respond me. Game is released and i ask you again. Can you give me my key?

Bought Borderlands 2 from them over a week ago and still have not received my key. I've sent multiple emails and I have not received a reply from either of them in regards to me receiving my key.

Apparently the company is no longer operating. Received an email shortly after with a refund and with a message that leads me to believe that they are no longer selling keys. I don't know why the website is still up.

I purchased a BF4 Premium key last night and I was told to contact their email for a key. I still have not received a reply. If I knew that there would be such a delay in delivery, I would have just spent the extra few dollars on Origin..

Customer service was very fast and effective, but the fact that I needed to contact customer service means I cannot give full 5 stars review. I was promised a code was to be sent on day X, but in the evening few hours before midnight it hadn't arrived. Emailed customer service and they sent it to me within 5 minutes.

I have ordered off here and had no problems would recommend to anyone intrestd in pc gaming.

i was pleased with the game i bought from this site. the only problem was that my key arrived a little late due to them receiving them on the european launch date of the mage instead of the american one, where i am at.

I bought a BF4 premium key for origin, after the payment went through i recieved an email that stated the code was below but it was not. I emailed them with the order number whoch it told me to do but i am yet to get a reply.

I really like it because it usually is cheaper than origin and it works.

Delivery of BF4 and BF4 premium was delayed.
Originally advertised as Digital Deluxe, then claimed to only advertise vanilla version
Advertised 12 bonus battlebacks then they say they only get delivered 'over time'.

Never shopping with them again.

I like buying the games from digikeys its easy and cheap.

It would have been much more expensive if i didnt buy it on digikey

I bought Battlefield 4 from Digikeys.co.uk. It was very cheap, and i got the game 2 days before release date, so that i could pre-load the game.

I am happy with the service!

I saw a video on YouTube and got a voucher to buy Battlefield 4 and later the premium for 30% less
So I give it a try and I received all at the promised date.
And now I'm online with BF4

So no problems at all,

I have ordered several games from digikeys.co.uk and I have never had a problem.
Orders come in very good time and preorders are always with me on the day of release if not before.
Will NEVER buy games anywhere else again!

I pre-ordered my BF4 and as expected received my digital codes on time to enjoy the game. Enquires were answered promptly by the customer service and would definitely recommend digikeys to others who are into buying online.

I preordered BF4 and got my Key roughly two days before my friend got his from Amazon. All in all, nothing to complain about, easy ordering and security through Paypal services.

I will probably order again!

P.S. The owner might want to watch out what he says in forums, made me a bit insecure about my order ;)

I pre-ordered battlefield Battlefield 4 through DigiKeys and received an e-mail saying that I would get my code on the release day. I actually received it the day before which was highly convenient as it allowed me to pre-load the game ready for midnight when it was released.

I also had a query regarding a product so I e-mailed the DigiKeys customer support e-mail address and they got back to me within a few hours.

I will definitely be using this website again.
