Fantastic service and great pricing
Fantastic service from Mark and the team - caller at just gone 2pm to see if we had a chance of getting something next day due to an issue with our current scales. Order was sorted and dispatched within the hour, and less than 24 hours later we have new scales in our bakery ! Prices are extremely competitive too - would highly recommend

Prompt delivery. Not actually tested the scales yet but packaged carefully (loved the checklist from the manufacturer). Also liked the way the instructions have been written. Smiled at the personal ‘thank you’ on the invoice!

Very clear and easy to use website from which to order. Clear pricing including free delivery. Very quick despatch and delivery. Excellent when I called them to check payment and nice follow up from customer service. All in all highly recommended and I would use them again.

Well packaged and delivered promptly.
The scales were well packaged and delivered very quickly. I was also kept informed of the delivery date/time.
As other reviewers have mentioned, apart from the weighing top which is made of stainless steel, the rest of the case is made from a hard plastic so it feels a little cheap. I suppose at this price-point that is to be expected. Otherwise, they appear to be of good quality and I'll wait to see how well they last.

I purchased the wrong make and model scales and needed to sort it out. my mistake. the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone is amazing. understandable and spoke very polite and helpful. ill be returning to buy the scales that I should of as soon as my refund goes in.
