i have dealt with DDS for many years and found there service to be second to none, from ordering the items to helping with the final set up they are always on the end of the phone and resolve any issues without a fuss.
i wish all companies would adopt their approach to customer satisfaction.

An excellent company to deal with, with superb after sales service most helpful , i would recommend them to anyone looking for video security system

Have used these guys a couple of times over the last year. Being a domestic user with little knowledge, they are always happy to give technical advice on questions about setting up the equipment, along with remotely configuring settings. Top service, keep it up guys!

I cannot fault the service the company provided, I had several problems with my existing system, not with the products they supplied. They managed to talk me through various possible faults, which I investigated and my system is now up and working properly

The lovely chap we spoke to on the phone asking for advice was as helpful as he could be, but we wished we'd realised before purchasing an whole new recording unit that all we needed was a new power pack.
