Harassing and calling people slurs on social media is a bad look.

Responding to emails in a sarcastic and rude manner is too
You say your social media was hijacked, but your official company email is also being handled extremely poorly and rudely. Change your passwords, it's not hard.
Using the request for documentation to try to silence people calling you out on this is a bad look too. Too bad for you I have screenshots of your employee or maybe owner being extremely unprofessional in emails
And you're still using your emails to harass people. Including me. Send me one more and I'll be reporting you

Social media manger is incredibly transphobic and harasses random people online. Often spouting slurs and hateful threats.
Incredibly unprofessional behavior.

I'm in the market for a simple website - I've got a DIY atrocity that really doesn't do much for my business - and chanced across Digital Dreams online.

Where they made a splash with some juvenile transphobia.

While I'm not trans, one of my employees is - and we get clients of all types.

It's stupid to use your business to vilify others online - and stupid people do stupid work.

Don't use your business account to abuse trans folks.

Or even better, don't use any account to abuse trans folks.

Trustpilot is now telling me that they've requested my full name, email address, and phone number.

No thank you.

What I can provide, though, is a screenshot showing their twitter account sending horrific abuse towards a trans person.

Hateful TERF scumbags who harass trans people via DM on social media. Really pathetic.
