This is hands down the best internet provider I have ever had!
I always shop around where internet is concerned as I have 5 people in my household that are always online at the same time, but have always had trouble with it dropping out or going off for periods of time which causes problems when working from home or schoolwork.
Since having Digital Home I have been online continuously with amazing upload and downloads speeds with all of us online!

The wifi was installed very quickly with no delays and started working soon after. The Wifi speed is excellent, especially when downloading.

Very happy with the pre purchase service received and have not had any problems to date. During installation the team used stated they were finished and left site before returning later when nobody was home and completing further work - we found this strange and never got an answer as to why this happened.

Engineers prompt and efficient, speedy wi-fi in no time.

Can honestly say have had the best and smoothest set up ever. From ordering the service online being as easy as ordering a pizza. To installation day. I had one query on the day and at least 3 people called me back to fix and then check all was good.

As for installation, I think I received vip treatment. One of the founders themselves came to help set up. Talked me through everything without making me feel dumb. He helped me sort everything and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. Honestly couldn't have asked for better. Speeds are exactly as they promised and they didn't leave until I got that speed. Feels good to find a company that isn't about the money and quantity. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend

Started using digital home in May, and so far the service has been great, fast Internet speeds as promised, what has impressed me more is the customer service. Fast responses to some queries I had and excellent personal service to help me resolve an issue that arose in connecting to my security camera. After years of being used to corporate giants who showed no real customer care it has been so refreshing to receive such amazing personal responses from the team at digital home. I highly recommend this company.

Great provider, have received promised internet speeds in Portsmouth. Only issue was with time taken to install but that's not the company's fault, they even provided temporary routers in the mean time.

Internet is fast and reliable and the only time when there was an issue they communicated clearly and quickly and worked to get it resolved. I recommend.

Amazing service, much faster than any other ISPs in Portsmouth.

They provide an amazingly high bandwidth, low latency service as well as having an equally high upload and download speed unlike many other ISPs where you will pay for a fast download with extremely slow upload

Far superior to previous providers! Fantastic speed up and down. Quick clean and tidy installation. Swift upgrade to the new router which enabled full 900Mbps speeds. Sam was wonderful, very personable and friendly without wasting time. Recommending to my friends!

I was really happy with the speed we were getting when we first switched to Digital Home, we were reliably reaching speeds of around 450Mbps down, and our upload speeds were almost as fast. WE've just had a router upgrade, and now I can get around 850 down, faster than I ever dreamt of.

The service is fast, very good value for money, and best of all super friendly. The people working for Digital Home clearly have care for their customers and a passion for their product, and it shows. I feel like a valued customer, not just another faceless account holder. If you have the option to try their services, I highly recommend giving them a go.

Impressed with the service and speeds provided. Very personal experience with employee Sam who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Looking forward to the new routers being distributed

The initial salesperson who knocked on my door was personable, convincing and persuasive. This was not backed up by the company structure and mixed messages. No written or electronic contract appeared even after I’d set up a standing order, so I was unable to check the agreement I’d signed up for. I was promised a second wifi box but later told by another sales person it would cost an additional £8 a month, pushing the price up to over £50 a month. Their preference is to run a cable all through my house stapled to skirting board which to me seems old fashioned and unnecessary given it’s meant to be the most up to date technology.
Co-ordination of the cancellation was poor as I received automated texts informing me of the arrival of the team which I alerted home digital to but the installation team still turned up on the day.
It’s disappointing and a shame because the company has potential the people seem nice and willing but need to improve their business coordination and think about the strategy more carefully so that the sales team are better supported by the vision.

Very Good, fitters were polite and tidy, device worked well first time.
I needed longer network cable for ideal router position but that was provided later in the day

Very friendly and informative, visited twice to confirm the details and discussed the best location for the router. Installation quick and painless and speeds are as promised. Can't fault anything.
