The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and understood exactly what I needed. Excellent service at a brilliant price. The team get the work done and are very responsive. We had some hiccoughs with the hosting set-up but my account manager Edward made sure things got done. He also provided excellent customer service throughout. I would say that it's important with this service to do some of the final edits oneself in Wordpress - but their systems made it easy to do this.

We entered into a contract in which Digital Labs agreed to operate an FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) business on my behalf. Under this agreement, I purchased inventory that was then loaded into my Amazon seller account.
Once customer orders began to arrive, Digital Labs failed to deliver the inventory items as required. As a result of these unfulfilled orders, Amazon ultimately deactivated my seller account.
Despite the obligations clearly outlined in our signed agreement, Digital Labs has failed to provide the refund owed to me for the undelivered inventory and associated payments.

Jason Parker from Digital Software Labs worked on my website project, and he delievered the site quickly as requested, and understood my vision. I'm extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for a professional web development.

This are 5 stars Fraud Pro Max company. Please don't fall for them. I paid thousands of $$$ for them to build me an App, they have nothing for me since 2023 and this is 2026.

I hired Digital Software Labs to redesign my website. In addition to the original agreed fee, I was charged $600 for plugins they said were required. In the end, none of those plugins were actually used and the site worked without them, so it honestly felt like I paid for something unnecessary. They have since refused to refund this amount saying it was used for the completion of the site even though all work completed was within the original contract.

On top of that, they kept trying to upsell me to their hosting platform, which I later reviewed and found to be heavily overpriced for what it offered. Throughout the project, it felt like they weren’t really listening to what I needed. My requests were overlooked, the work kept being handed off from one person to another, and in the end the project manager didn’t even have a copy of my original contract.

The project was supposed to take a few weeks but ended up dragging into months with slow progress and inconsistent communication. When the site was finally finished, it was built with a basic drag-and-drop editor and didn’t feel like a true custom design.

Overall, the unnecessary charges ($600 lost), the constant upselling, the long delays, and the lack of attention to detail made this a very frustrating experience. I can’t recommend this company based on what I went through and still trying to handle.

After reviewing many website developers, I chose Digital Software Labs mainly because of how they kept in touch and encouraged me throughout the selection process. I checked other reviews and was impressed with their positive reviews.
I was taking an old, static site and completely updating it to an interactive dynamic site. Basically, we started over. I knew what I wanted and nothing about how to make it happen. They held my hand and sometimes even did the work for me remotely.
I had a very specific site in mind and worked closely with the team to meet my expectations. I will say it took much longer than I (and the team) expected, but that was mostly due to me not having the assets ready. I changed directions several times - yes, I was a pain for them to work with - but they never complained and continued to work with me to see the site completed to my satisfaction.
If I had to say anything bad it would be that sometimes I wanted something done immediately, and it might be days before it would be completed. Occasionally, I had to reiterate my wants a couple of times before they understood what I wanted and be able to complete my request. Thank you Jason and team for all your help.

It took a few rounds, but we finally got the design nailed down. I had to provide a lot of artwork to get them started because the initial designs they provided weren't acceptable to me. However, once they incorporated my artwork, the process went very smoothly and they created wonderful results. I was very HAPPY and pleased at the end of the process. Thanks, Digital Software Labs!
