My experience with this group was amazing. I can't say enough about Edward who handled my case. Like anyone who seeks out tech services, I had a fair amount of ignorance about what was required to accomplish my goal. Edward was so tolerant of my lack of knowledge and helped me understand the details of the project. He would have made an excellent teacher. Beyond that, he was professional, polite and patient toward me at all times. I was also impressed by how dedicated he was to my project. It felt like he made it "our" project. I recommend Digital Software Labs with the utmost of enthusiasm.

Great experience with Website development with a e-commerce element
The people I worked with provided all of their deliverables in writing up front. We measured progress against the written deliverables. As the project proceeded, new ideas and items came up and the project team (Mike and Sam and Jason) were always happy to discuss modifications and to provide alternatives.
The project took slightly longer than we had originally planned. However, the final product was better because of it as we made some changes along the way.
The responsiveness of the entire team was excellent. They were available to meet whenever necessary and included the actual programmers in the meeting to discuss the viability of various changes, as I proposed them, in real time.
Great team to work with. I would recommend this team and company for your project, small or large.

I worked with them and they did a very bad job they are trying to do upselling and also they told me my website will get done in 2 weeks but it takes 7 weeks and not according to my requirement

They really took the time to ensure I had full understanding of the processes during the website construction and constantly reviewed the design with me to ensure it meet my expectations. Even after the pu location they have been very understanding and modifying the website to changes I discovered later.
