In stock but not really

You accepted my purchase only to refund me two days later due to no stock. This is terrible due to the fact I must spend time to search again, delay a part that my customers rely on, and also keep an eye on my credit bill to be sure the refund was made.

I fixed my pressure smoker with the 250 watt igniter.

I ordered a 250 watt igniter to fix my Gourmia electric pressure smoker. I received it in a timely manner. 📦
I popped it into the smoker and put it back together and smoked a rack of ribs and two pork tenderloins. 🥩🍖

I took one bite and my mouth was filled with that instant smoky flavor that everyone craves. 😆🤪
It works as advertised.
I should order another one and keep it as a backup.

Customer service lacking.

I have been trying to reach direct brand for weeks. Every time I try to send an email, it comes back as undeliverable. The customer service is lacking hugely.
Update. I did receive a return label, returned the item. And received a refund. BUT, the email address they give you is still not valid. Thankfully I DID receive my refund. But I was never able to actually speak to someone in customer service.

I received an email from you on Monday 3/7 at 6:08pm EST asking about a return. I responded on Tue 3/8 at 8:22am EST with a return label. I will forward the label again. Please keep an eye out for it.

Edit: thank you for the updated review. As far as the problems with the email address, I am not sure what to make of that as this is the first I am hearing of this problem. We are happy that the situation was resolved.
