I received excellent customer service from Jack Ball who arranged the renewal of my fire safety risk for my business. As I received such a good service at a great price last year, I had no hesitation in booking again this year.
Jack Ball was really helpful, He contacted me back within 30 minutes of me sending an email requesting a quote. He then emailed me over the quote for me to sign within 5 minutes. Thank you
I highly recommend using Direct 365 for washroom supplies. I have recently used them on a few properties we manage and everything is a great, price is fantastic, service is amazing especially from Dave Hepworth he has gone above and beyond with his customer service and help even when I had made a massive mistake with one of the contracts he just sorted this without no hesitation.

Fast forward to 2026 and the growth of our business, he has made the set up of services for our new location very fluid and hassle free. We are happy with the service we receive from Direct365 and Dave Hepworth and would be happy to recommend.

Direct 365 are the 'go-to' company in terms of ensuring your company remains compliant. Unfortunately, we fell behind on our fire risk assessment side and I reached out via email and got a phone call within a matter of minutes to discuss further. Dealt with Jack Ball who is professional, courteous and dealt with my request from the start in terms of obtaining information, arranging the quote etc.

Today I was supported by Dave Hepworth, Direct365 Sales Advisor, we have a new toilet complex coming into commission and need the lady's toilets properly supported before they go into use. Dave was quick to support and had things in order in a very short space of time, very happy.
