I have recently signed with PHS after using Initial for over 10 years. As I hadn't had a great experience with the previous company, I had many questions to ask ahead of committing to a contract. Jacqueline P helped me throughout the whole process, was able to match a quote from another competitive company and had so much patience despite all the back and forth email correspondence. It was nice to have communicated with a staff member that has great customer service, which was ultimately a deciding factor for me.

Quick and efficient response from the team at PHS. Submitted an enquiry on Friday afternoon and it is already completed on the Monday afternoon. Jacqueline P has been very helpful in the process.

PHS made it so easy to arrange the sanitary bins for our club. Holly B helped me with the contract document and answered my questions clearly and promptly.

I have been dealing with Aaliyah Payne and she has been fantastic. Aaliyahs clear, consistant communication really was superb. She helps organise a missed collection for both our nappy and sanity collections which had been missed previously. Aaliyah kept me up to date and informed throughout, which was really useful.

We entered a 12 month contract with PHS and the experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The sanibins provided were not fit for purpose (too small for a large secondary school and poorly designed). Collections were missed on several occasions, which lead to sanibins over-filling and creating unhygienic conditions. Operatives changed on a regular basis, so they were unfamiliar with the building layout. In the end we decided to work with another provider before the end of the 12 month contract, but with the intention of financially honouring the PHS contract. We therefore gave them over 3 weeks' notice to remove their sanibins. A month has passed and this has still not been done. The customer support is shambolic, they make commitments which they are unable to keep, phone calls invariably go unanswered and they are seemingly incapable of carrying out straigh-forward tasks. If you are looking for a sanibin provider, do not use PHS services.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jabin, she was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. She dealt with all of my queries and followed them through very quickly.
