This is the second time I’ve used this company.
Matthew dealt with my order, great communication.

Matthew is fantastic. Flooring is great. Communication even after sale is great. Can’t fault the service we received. The courier is a hit or a miss. We were given a delivery date. No update from the courier. Then had a missed call for a company I hadn’t heard of who wanted to speak to me to arrange a delivery. Contacted Matthew who apologised and sorted delivery out for next day. Said it was one of their suppliers. Then next day no update from courier. Then when it did arrive the flooring had slid off the palate and 16 planks were damaged. Matthew however sorted the issue quickly sending out another pack which was delivered undamaged. Absolutely love our flooring. Just installed it and it was easy to install and looks great. Company is good but would be better if the courier kept the customer updated. An alert to say they are coming or they are delayed would be helpful. Over all I trust this company and would buy from them again.

We, Bjm builders, used Direct flooring for a project in Chigwell recently. They supplied the brushed and oiled oak engineered plank. Really happy with the whole process and will definitely use again. If they don’t have what you want then ask as they sourced this for us. Great company!

Brilliant service from the Doncaster branch, all were informative, helpful and polite. Great laminate flooring product. Villa Natural oak.
Delivery was on time and the driver was superb. 46 boxes carefully brought to the house. Well done all.

Great service, lovely floor, will do more business in the future.

Where is my flooring. Why is no one answering the phone. All I want is the order I paid for. Not much to ask. Ring me.

Good price and delivery ontime, product arrived as descirbed. Thanks to Matthew Haestier for recommending adhesive and arrange a speedy delivery. Would use again

Really high quality product (Blizzard Oak Plank Engineered Wood Flooring), some of the samples we received from other companies were just too thin, these have gone down a treat and we get the look and feel we wanted, arrived on time too, thanks DFO!

I recently purchased Engineered Oak Flooring from Direct Flooring Online, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Matthew provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction throughout the entire process. They offered a pre-arranged delivery slot, and to my delight, the delivery person arrived on time. Not only did they bring the flooring right to my doorstep, but they also went above and beyond by assisting me in moving it. I couldn't be happier with my choice, the flooring truly exceeds my expectations in terms of both aesthetics and durability. Thanks!

We are developers and never use online companies but in this case I am very happy that we have. great price
great product delivered on time.

I just want to say how incredibly beautiful our new floor is! We absolutely love it. It looks natural and homely and it got that lovely wooden feel to it. Also the underlay does a great job in reducing noise and transferring the heat from the under floor heating.
A big thank you for all your help and advice. Many companies said they couldn't deliver something that would be compatible with our retrofitted overfloor UFH system, but you could and I'm so glad you did!

They Deliver Outstand Service and always support with knowledge of products. great value for money too

Matthew Haestier was extremely helpful. Great flooring and good value. They were particularly helpful when I needed some more as my builder misjudged the amount. Many thanks
