The team in the showroom and Phil who planned the kitchen were all very friendly and helpful and Carl and the team couldn’t do enough to accommodate our needs and fitting dates.
The two fitters were very experienced and did an excellent job fitting the new kitchen.
We would definitely recommend Direct Kitchens and will use them again should the need arise.

The kitchen looks fantastic however there was a lack of communication and a lack of oversight of the whole job. Plastering ended up being done once the kitchen was in, we had 3 hobs before the correct one was delivered/ installed and wonky electric sockets ended up being put straight by my father in law. It's a real shame because we are very pleased with the end result. The price and planning of the kitchen were perfect, but the experience was marred by the job extending into 3/4weeks from start to finish.

My kitchen was renovated during a particularly difficult time, due to illness and family problems. The entire staff from management, sho room, electricians, builders, plumbers and fitters were brilliant. Their work faultless and timely. Even when faced with problems due to work done less than perfectly some years ago they tackled the problems with good grace and sorted them out promptly. I would thoroughly recommend Direct Kitchens to friends and have already done so.

We are a 100% happy with our new kitchen. The service from start to finish was excellent. We used all the recommended trades from direct kitchens and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Nothing was too much for Tom and he ensured he spoke with us daily about the progress and answered any questions we had. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and the icing on the cake was that they were around £2000 cheaper than anywhere else.

I would recommend Direct Kitchens, in fact I already have. They were efficient delivering what was needed, the fitters were very good and tidied up after themselves. They arrived on time and finished sometimes later than a normal working day. I am really pleased with my new kitchen.

When deciding on a new kitchen I knew I had to shop around which I did. I tried the small companies and the big ones too but neither really impressed me for different reasons. Thank goodness I found Carl and all at Direct Kitchens. They really are a great team who have a passion and knowledge for what they do. Having worked in House Building for more than 30 years I knew what I wanted and what to look for and knew what questions to ask too. Direct Kitchens impressed and delivered on every single aspect and exceeded my expectations times over. Artisan Stone also need to be mentioned as they provided the Quartz Worktops. Their attention to detail and Professionalism was exemplary and well worth the extra cost. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Direct Kitchens without any hesitation. Good experience from start to finish. All the trades used were really good and the finished kitchen is excellent. I would definitely use Direct Kitchens again.

We are so happy with our kitchen from start to finish direct kitchens was great they sort out the builder stuck to the budget and was finished on time all our friends love it too.

I have a new build house and direct kitchens fitted the kitchen prior to me moving in, it is beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone.
I also used direct kitchens to fit me some wardrobes and dressing table after I’d moved in. Again these looking amazing. I couldn’t be happier with them. Callum who fitted them was also friendly and left us no mess behind.

Very good quality work. Very well organized. We were very happy with the result and how it was done. No snags. Everybody needed for the job arranged to visit before the work to check how it would be done and made helpful suggestions. Everybody turned up at the time they said they would. Everybody did neat and tidy work and were considerate while doing it. I could not ask for more.

We are delighted with our more modern kitchen and the speed at which the project was completed. All the various tradesmen worked together and consulted each other over any snags. Roger finished the plastering at 7pm Friday and John and Lee were on with fitting at 7.30 Monday morning!! Just time to decorate the ceiling! We can recommend Artisan Stone if you want a granite worktop.
