What a shambles, not what I was expecting from this company, place my order picked my delivery day read the terms and conditions e,g if you miss delivery will be charged £30 for each reattempt delivery

I booked time off work for delivery it never turned up had the next day off didn't turn up, contacted the company directly many phone calls, put through to their local supplier, and was told it would be delivered the week after the weekend, unacceptable,

I made my intentions to cancel my order and I've got to say the local supplier jumped through hoops to help me direct plastic jest brushed me off, the supplier made a really effort and got it delivered the next day by 9am on a Saturday a++, ( gap )

I contacted direct plastic and asked for a refund of the delivery fee and they refused with a answer it was delivered yes it was three days late not acceptable will not be using this company again so my advice avoid them I will be

Delivered a day earlier than arranged, without notification. Very awkward driver Dan .
Refused to re deliver to a customer of mine because they were out when he arrived unexpectedly a day early. And got the hump with me on the second drop, luckily I was at the delivery address working, because I asked him to follow me up to first address.

Arrived quickly. Look perfect for the job.

The product we received was good but the delivery needs to be looked at.
It was left in the side garden, no one rang the bell or knocked on the door. We did not know it was there until we went out to the bin. Then I checked my email to say it had been delivered 2 hours ago

Placed an order on 23/11/24 and I’m still waiting for delivery as of 15/12/24. I contacted them some weeks ago and was fobbed off with some crap about low stock, since then I haven’t received any correspondence about the unacceptable delay. Their customer service is appalling, don’t buy from them. If I could give them no stars I would, I’ll never use them again.

Installing is easy and quick as the interlocking edges are strong and deep enough to not have the upper piece falling out. Secures without splitting and uniform colour throughout. Recommended to all!!
