Good delivery,but quality of the towels was not as expected.
For a 650gsm towel,I ordered 12 towels, they were quite thin,not the quality and weight I was expecting.

Wrong amount of tea towels arrived,
I paid for 4 and only 3 arrived,
Emailed and sent pictures over and over again to the seller to get zero reply.
I would not recommend or order from this site ever again.😔

Fast efficient service - item ordered “spot on”

I ordered a duvet cover that clearly says in the description that it includes 2 pillowcases but only the duvet cover came. I have emailed the customer services multiple times and had no response.

My items arrived in good time and in perfect condition.
