My experience was first class, spent approx £900 on Fascia, Soffit, guttering and fittings. Simon was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and emails. Arrived in good condition and even the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. Have already made another order (which has already been delivered) Only thing, a couple of items were out of stock (the website should’ve indicated this) However these were delivered a couple of days later and I was kept informed throughout. I have no hesitation to order from here in the future.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Very attentive customer service with almost instantaneous replies. Highly recommend.

Wrong item delivered. Much cheaper item arrived. Asked them to collect the wrong item and deliver the one ordered. Told it was the same although it clearly wasn’t and they said I just had to accept it.
Quoted them the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and told them I would report them to Trading Standards and ask my Credit Card company for a Chargeback or Section 75 repayment. Suddenly they agreed a refund if I took item to local GAP depot. I asked them to have it collected or postage refunded as required by the legislation but they would not respond.
Finally took the item to the GAP depot and got my refund.
Really bad company to deal with. Clearly have no interest in the legal rights of customers.

I ordered some guttering from direct plastics. I had very good communication with Toni about the delivery date and the products arrived on time. Quality and price were very good. They also delivered 5.5 meter gutters without any extra delivery charges due to the length. Overall very happy and can recommend the company.

I recently was in need of new guttering and after checking roughly 10 companies Direct Plastic was way way far the cheapest for the guttering and delivery charge.
I received my order in 2 working days and noticed a length of 5.5mt Square downpipe was damaged, I contacted them via email as it was Saturday and on Monday morning an email to say sorry and another length was being sent out asap.
That's what I call looking after the customer no backwards and forwards with emails just straight on it and sorted.
I will be using again when my next stage of guttering is required.

I was really impressed by Customer Services who efficiently checked stock availability in the warehouse, as sometimes websites understandably lag behind in updating stock.

A very good experience here. I made an order for £370 worth of fascia/soffits on Thursday morning. I got a delivery by 0930 on Friday morning. No mistakes and everything all good. If I was looking to niggle, I would say I didn't get a confirmation email saying items were dispatched, or any sort of comms from the courier; so I didn't know they were definitely coming. But all things considered, it was a very positive experience.

UPDATE: I did originally score a one but Direct Plastics were very quick to come back to me and rectify both issues. So have amended:

Two orders and both wrong. First one missing tube of Silicone (no refund). Second one specifically ordered 10 tubes of Caramel coloured Silicone and 10 neutral ones turn up. Phoned up 'oh its a bad line can't hear you' phone back and it rings out. Shame as the Soffits that turned up with the first order are great - but when they constantly cock stuff up and you then get ignored - time to move on - AVOID.

placed a small order order on line 01/06 evrything appeared to be in stock, delivery in 2-3 days perfect. hired the access equipt removed the old ready for a quick install and ....nothing. Called them up to be told some items not actually in stock but would be here on tuesday for delivery wed- thur. Ok keep the access equipt till thursday and nothing. Ring again not in stock till thursday but will get them by monday. Right ok then. Saturday part 2 of 2 arrives, great monday comes and goes no part 1. Ring again oh its probably lost we'll send it out again. I am well pissed off with the constant lies and lack of customer care. I'm out of pocket on the hire of access equipt due to them constantly shifting the days. i'm not holding out much hope of getting the fascias by this Thursday so more hire of equipt to do the job. Is it really so difficult to put "out of stock" on things that are actually out of stock on your website? Overall avoid these and buy somewhere else. Not recommended.

I placed 4 orders in the month of May, the 1st came on time and complete with no issues. The other 3 however have been an absolute shambles from stock not being available even though the website stated in stock, right through to delayed deliveries. The last order was 'marked as urgent' and came later than promised and was sent to the billing address and delivery address. All in all I feel that this company has a long way to go to provide an efficient service, I definitely will not be using them again.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Nothing was any trouble to anyone. Very quick efficient service. People are so lovely and everything was handled fantastically. Think this company should train other companies. I cannot praise them enough. Absolutely brilliant. 5 stars all the way. You should all be so proud. You are doing so so well. 😀😀😀😀😀😀

I could not be happier with the product or the service given.

Was very pleased to find cream plastic that wasn't shiny. Used it to replace wood board on dormer windows that had needed painting far too often. Being matt you can't see it's now plastic. Easy to work (good quality cream topped pins) with and good pricing. Thank you so much. Very pleased with what we ordered and your service!

Fascias and Soffits were urgently needed and local availability was poor so decided to check online. On the search Direct Plastics immediately appeared and the prices were excellent. Delivery was arranged and I received the goods a few days before they were expected! The was one small item missing however so they were contacted on the Bank Holiday, responded the following morning and the missing item received the following day.
I cannot fault this company and will soon be ordering external cladding from them. FIRST CLASS SERVICE...THANK YOU.

I made an order which was twice "lost" by the carrier then found damaged!
All my dealings with the customer service dept of direct plastics was first class. Toni and Matt couldn't have been more prompt or helpful both via email and on the phone in getting my order fulfilled. A customer service department that actually does what it says on the tin.

Second time I have ordered from here first time was ok this time scratch down the soffit and cracked trim contacted customer service but no reply and a not expecting any of course the damage could have been caused by the carrier but it all seemed well wrapped

Ordered some facsia and other bits from this company for a house i was working ordered tuesday for delivery thursday, my daughter took delivery and I arrived home and went to load it onto van, and clearly something was wrong, opened it up and the facsia was smashed in half, emailed straight away fearing the worst, got an email by 9.30 next day saying no problem will be replaced. Email later same day saying it has been picked up by courier,delivery on monday, well impressed. Thanks matt 👍

Absolute joke of a company, ordered £350 worth of plastic products off the website, heard nothing off them so after a week chased my order only to be told most of it wasnt in stock and they couldn’t say when they would be getting it. The don’t deserve customers. If they haven’t got it then the website shouldn’t allow you to order.
Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of decent plastics companies out there that do have stock and contact you straight away!
