Support is non existent
Support is non existent, wrong items sent, took a week to respond to barrage of emails. Returned then item no action taken. If it is too good to be true then it is… save your money and shop at a more reputable place

Always smooth transaction
I've been shopping with DirectProductDeals for about a year now. First on e-bay, later directly from directproductdeals.co.uk.
If I don't have to get in touch with the seller, that means they are doing a great job. I am a busy man, i get frustrated if things go wrong with my order and I have to waste my time to sort things out.
Order has never been late and I have always received what I have ordered.

Generally good but wrong items in last order
Latest order was fine but previous one I was sent wrong strength nic salts.
Emailed for advice - no response
Added note to latest order to mention it and still nothing.
A bit disappointing but otherwise everything is good and quickly delivered

So unimpressed!
5 days ago I received the wrong order which was half the value and not something I can use. I have sent 5 emails which include photos and my original order confirmation and have heard nothing back. I am so disappointed with the company.
