Great company to deal with!
I ordered a garden bench which arrived on time. I called a couple of times for an update and the customer service staff were always friendly and helpful.
The bench I ordered is excellent quality and the building instructions were very clear. Overall…… very happy customer!

Placed a small order for some shelving…
Placed a small order for some shelving for my garage. Was notified that one of the items wasn’t in stock shortly after placing the order and that it would be a few days before it was shipped. Items were sent on express delivery as soon as they were ready so no complaints here as it wasn’t urgent. Good communication and delivered as soon as they could and I’m happy with the products provided. Happy to recommend and order from again.

This was the best purchase I had made…
This was the best purchase I had made in a while. I was looking for a clothes rail that wouldn’t collapse on me and I first went to Argos but everything was sold out in Black Friday and I’m so glad it was. They were more expensive and much poorer quality. This was delivered next day, a brilliant price , super easily assembled. I’ve told everyone I know about it becuase I am so pleased with everything.

DirectShopFittings were amazing with their communication and effort to get my order to me on time. There was a slight delay with an item from my order and they let me know asap and shipped it out next day and any problem i had was resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend as the team are lovely and the quality and selection available are both great.
