my new favourite shop!
had been searching for a good sturdy shelf system for a while when i came across direct shop fitting. i was well impressed! excellent quality uprights and brackets, fab prices too...i will be back to purchase more for my next project!

The products are solid enough but the…
The products are solid enough but the machining wasn't great. Various bits needed to be bent to make them fit where they needed to slot in.
Delivery time was good especially considering they were shut down over Christmas.

extremely poor customer service
Ordered an item on monday, and paid for next day delivery, as I needed the item for the weekend. Rang on thursday asking where the delivery was to be told, oh well they are a little bit busy in the warehouse so it isnt picked yet and is still in processing. cancelled the order and no doubt I will be waiting at least a week for that to process. will update on that experience when it happens. Wish i had read the reviews on here before purchasing as I would have walked on by, seems they are ill equipped to run a company at the moment.

Took over 5 weeks to get item rang them…
Took over 5 weeks to get item rang them three times never received any emails even though they said they emailed me twice.
Hadn't got them item I ordered in stock even though website still said it was in stock bad service all round

Good product, poor delivery.
My order took ages to process and I had to phone to chase it up. The warehouse needs to be on top of orders and process them in a timely manner.
Good customer service and the person I spoke to got it sorted and I had my order soon after this.
Good products and good prices.

The product is faulty
The product is faulty I was told the plastic cover which is difficult to remove but i have been unable to remove it !!!! if indeed there is one...when does a protective cover become a liability .... when the customer cannot remove it....

I am sorry to hear about the issues which you have experienced with your purchase of the Presentation Box.
After investigations carried out by the manufacturer of the product we were able to conclude that there was sadly a defect in the acrylic on this occasion.
Unfortunately this wasn't an issue which the supply chain was already aware of prior to your contact.
I do believe that this problem has now been resolved and I do apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused.

Make sure items are in stock before ordering
Customer service via phone is good. Informative and helpful. But be aware you can buy things online they don't actually have in stock. I ordered as I wanted it by a specific date, to be told items were out of stock. Estimate 2 - 3 day wait and I was told I'd be bumped to next day delivery. Their delivery was badly delayed. I asked to be sent everything else I'd ordered so I could set up, no, my whole order was held. As it was not sent next day as informed I have to wait longer on standard so 11 working days after ordering I still have stock in boxes and a wall I need to keep clear as well as try to get tradies back to fit them as I'd ordered them for the week they were there. I have no umbridge with this company but if I need anything in future it will be a phone call first.
