DirectShopfittings Opiniones

Customer service via phone is good. Informative and helpful. But be aware you can buy things online they don't actually have in stock. I ordered as I wanted it by a specific date, to be told items were out of stock. Estimate 2 - 3 day wait and I was told I'd be bumped to next day delivery. Their delivery was badly delayed. I asked to be sent everything else I'd ordered so I could set up, no, my whole order was held. As it was not sent next day as informed I have to wait longer on standard so 11 working days after ordering I still have stock in boxes and a wall I need to keep clear as well as try to get tradies back to fit them as I'd ordered them for the week they were there. I have no umbridge with this company but if I need anything in future it will be a phone call first.

good quality & sturdy item, easy ordering process,
Only downside it did take 10days to arrive but not sure if that was because I didn’t reply straight away to email so may have been my fault

Very easy to use site, Arrived earlier than expected and very well packaged. All in all a very good service

Easy purchase
Quick delivery

Customer support was excellent when asking about delivery dates. Delivered when stated.
Website indicated next day delivery but that was not the case with what was ordered

Fittings I bought were to hang a series of banner drops at the entrance to a church. So what was on offer here are perfect for that. Unfortunately, the three meter chrome bar had been bent in transit. With a little care it is now unbent to the point it won't be noticeable. Always a risk with sending that sort of thing and I accept it completely. Looking forward to hanging the items very soon.

Perfect solution to problem and fast delivery

Excellent service! The item I had ordered was found to be out of stock but I was informed immediately and kept informed throughout the process until I received my item. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

It was my first time looking for display products and information was clear and helpful. My order was delivered very quickly too

Superb! Really excellent and efficient. Great range of products too. Thank you so much!

Free standing clothing rail.
Prompt delivery within the time frame stated.
Very fair pricing for a product that was accurately described.
A good, solid piece of equipment….no frills but sturdy and ideal for the purpose intended.
I particularly like the fact that I was able to order direct from a small company rather than one of the large-scale sales platforms
Thank you for an excellent service.

The delivery was on time, the grid walls were great but some of the items where scratched and not in pristine condition.

easy to order, purchased goods well protected. fast delivery👍🙂

Brilliant customer service and replacement

Quality tube and fittings at a competitive price. Delivery prompt and packaging was good, although delivery agent missed the originally advised slot and delivered next day.. good communication from DSF.

Ordered late night before next morning arrive only bad thing was I have to put them up on the wall my self

Purchased 2x garment rails, plus 12” extension, great height for longest dresses. Initially I had issues with castor wheels dropping out, but after weight of clothes applied, the wheels stayed within plastic bungs. Easy to put together, sturdy.

The products I was looking for at a great price with free delivery. What more can you ask for!

Good strong log store. Delivery was good and delivery man was good. Paper instructions delivered with it would have been helpful.
