Our door fit was difficult due to poor workmanship from our builder but Wes worked really hard to ensure it fitted well and looks perfect.

After my initial hesitation regarding replacing my timber framed windows with UPVC, I visited the Preston showroom early in December 2025. After my insistence that I was just having a 'browse' I was assured that was okay and to ask if I needed any assistance. On my way out I was pleasantly surprised to be offered either a bottle of wine or box of chocolates(must just be a Christmas thing?) just for calling in. After a couple of days I booked an appointment. Salesman Joe came out, no hard sell just went through options etc, gave quote which was surprisingly a lot less than I expected, and I decided to go ahead. Slight delay in my expected fitting date which was hopefully, but not promised, before Christmas, this did not transpire but was scheduled for mid January (on reflection was not a bad thing). The beyond excellent installations team Graham and Carl arrived dot on time, worked very hard over a day and a half, respected my property and made very little (if any) disruption or mess, and I now have my beautiful new windows. Direct windows and their excellent employees thoroughly deserve the 5 star rating and I would double that if possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any discerning purchaser wanting a top quality service from start to finish.

Direct Windows are a very good company to deal with. Punctual, always arrived when they said the would. No hard sell from the salesman, just clear concise information. Great service from the surveyor. The guy who fitted the windows was very quick.. 6 windows put in in 1 day. No mess and all the rubbish removed. All three Direct Windows representatives were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the.

I would highly recommend Direct Window Co for works, I have had my second door put in today after being broken into the fit me in to install really quickly and kept in mind my urgency, communication was brilliant from start to finish, Georgia is fantastic and Wes the installation man too. Credit to the company. Really pleased with the service and the end product.

New windows at the front of house. Everything from ordering to fitting was great and what a cracking job by Jordan the window fitter from Wigan. Very pleased.

We had our 3 front windows fitted this week. We are very happy with them. The two guys who installed them were very efficient and pleasant. They brought dust sheets to ensure everywhere was kept clean. After installation they cleaned up everywhere and even hoovered. Very impressed and very happy. Contract 70669

This company installed the doors and windows in our new build for the developer. The quality of the workmanship is quite alarming and the after sales care is awful. After many months, several no show appointments and several failed attempts, the doors still do not shut properly.

Paul did a great job fitting our new stable door and window. Very professional and polite. Cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend Paul and direct windows. A positive experience from start to finish.

Ordering went well, survey was ok, but left a question mark over whether our choice of door would fit. It was 6 weeks later, whilst on holiday, that we had to choose a different door from pictures sent to our mobile phone. We were given a date, which subsequently got cancelled as the frame making machine was out of action. 9th of October was the new date, and the day arrived without further confirmation, so by late morning we began to wonder if it wasn't going to happen and what it would look like for real. We needn't have worried, Paul turned up and did a great job, and we are delighted with the result. He did say we should have been informed of his time of arrival.

TERRIBLE COMPANY My mum bought windows and 2 doors of this company, just after 5 years one of the doors started to fade and show the construction of the door.I rang direct window who to my surprise said there was only a 5 year guarantee on brown doors , i was there when the sales man came round at no point did he tell us there was only 5 years guarantee on brown doors i asked if they could send someone to look at it as my mum is 85 and was very upset just to be told told there was nothing they could do .

Efficient service throughout, fitting of the windows was exceptional and I would definitely recommend.
