Two bottles was missed

I made my order 5 weeks ago but I still haven't received any information that the order has been shipped. The only information I have received is that the matter is being investigated. Customer service is not responding to messages.

Order has been done 4 weeks ago. Nothing happen for delivery, seller says they are sent packages week ago, but shipping company says they havent got anybpackages to delivery... both pleased ask to each other, where packages are...
Email is only way to communicate,but nobody answer anyting else that you have to ask other company...

Tänään 01. Jul. 2024. Odotan edelleen tilaustani. Discandoo on määritellyt tilaukseni lähetetyksi, mutta Suomen Postin seuranta odottaa lähetystä saapuvaksi edelleen. Olen pyytänyt rahojani takaisin.

order was cancelled and no answers when trying to contact

Delivery and process is really slow. Support does not inform or even reply email. I will choose another company next time.

Väärät tuotteet. Viineissä kuolleet päiväyksey - etikkaa. Olen lähettänyt 7 sähköpostia, ei mitään vastausta sähköposteihin 😡

Information, packing take 1 month. Earlier this shop working very well. I dont know whta happenned this company. Last order from here

After two weeks, the payment for my order was finally actualized in paypal, but I still don’t see my order on their site. Unbelievable how sloppy this company has become. I doubt I’ll ever see my order.

Delivery was delayed over 1,5months, because they lost it when moving to different warehouse. Customer support took very long to answer.

Order was never packed up for the delivery company. No real answers from Discandoo for my requests. After raising dispute to PayPal I finally got my money back after 3 months from the order.

Transport company waiting for order to be released for almost two weeks now. Customer service from Discandoo again (!) reluctant to answer any queries. Happened in April well. I strongly suggest you start using a tracking system like everybody else these days.

Update: On June 7th received a reply to my about 10th email to them, in which they apologized for any inconvenience caused and stated the cause being a warehouse move. They promised to launch an investigation about the status of my order and update me on their findings. No update was ever received but the package had moved! However, when I picked it up, it only contained three of the ordered six products. Based on my experience, i don't expect to receive a reply or a refund so I will cut my losses.

Where are producks, 2 weeks, Shippii or their problem, I am only waiting 🙃😇

Discandoo could not send my order because I didn't choose freight carrier they recommend. Communication was not good.

Just delivered 1/3 of the ordered products. They do not respond any contact tries. Toimitti vain 1/3 osan tuotteista ei vastaa mihinkään reklamaatiokirjeisiin tai kyselyihin! Luottokortti yhtiö ei auta kun kyse alkoholista ;-)

I didn't get last order.. Shippii doesn't answer when I ask about my delivery.
